Great value, clean room, friendly staff. Bedding and bed was not comfortable or cozy.
-
really great place. loved the location and price and cleanliness and comfort.
-
No breakfast and not a problem. Overall a good experience. I slept well and it was quiet. The location was good and there are many nearby places to eat and walk.

I liked how it was really centered…what surprised me was the voodoo donuts was literally 15 seconds walking distance lol and my favorite food “fire in the mountains” was three blocks away as well plus!… a dispensary too! The parking was kinda hectic thru out the stay and the beds could be a little better but it was okay … when I got there the parking was half empty… then the next started to pile up … then third day was full and had to park on the street next to the property… so would say the parking and the beds was bad for me but not to super bad.

Excellent spacious and clean rooms nicely decorated. Good AC. Complimentary coffee in the morning. Friendly staff!

An inexpensive place to stay in East Portland, it's half a block from Voodoo Donuts and can easily access many other great restaurants, downtown Portland, the freeways and more. Parking can get tight on busy weekends. It's quiet and the rooms are good sized. It needs better cleaning. The shower had some hairs in it and the toilet had stains in it when we arrived.

Easy access to the east side of the city. A nice staff. No frills and simplistic. It is in a rough part of town at night. There was a homeless Camp right across the street. There was a green Kia soul parked on the street with a broken window and glass on the street. There is also a soccer field across the street which brought in a lot of people who took up all the parking spots for a few hours. None of this is anything at the hotel can really do. Just something to be aware of when booking.

Good location; great value.
-
Friendly, clean, and comfortable. Everything worked and well maintained.
-
The only thing I wasn't super thrilled about was my door lock. If you didn't slam it or pull extra hard and check it afterwards. The door could be pushed open easily
-
Convenience. Cleanliness. Management is exceptional. Nothing. I stay frequently.
-
I like the bed and pillows - it was comfortable. I like that they had a microwave and fridge. And the location is close to everything!

The units are clean the people who run this place I've stayed here several times are really awesome and the location of the buildings in decent place there's a microbrewery almost connected to the facility there's a bar across the street that serves food there's coffee shops within a few minutes walk Although I felt safe at night the neighborhood seems a little spooky but I said I've been there several times and I haven't seen any violence there's just a lot of sort of homeless people in the general area
-
The price point was very affordable and the bar/food truck lot next door was extremely nice. There were no negatives as it was as expected.
-
Dirty, broken showerhead, loud.
