I would not stay there again or any Double Tree. Overpriced for nothing special.

Clean room, close to restaurants, lively area of the city and breakfast buffet was good as well

I think the only thing I wish the room had was a mini fridge, but that was a minor issue.

Definitely a pleasant stay, will be back again. The chocolate chips cookies were amazing too!

They not clean the room every days and the air conditioner not working good in one of the rooms

Ryan was so awesome. Checking on us the whole time making sure we had everything we needed. Room did not come with microwave so we called to get one, didn’t think about getting a refrigerator to store our food but Ryan did, he sent one up. To me this was A+ service.

We booked last minute. We were given a room whose AC was making so much noise. We couldn’t sleep all night. Next day we ask the front desk to send maintenance guy to check and clean our room. But when we return back nothing was done. The front desk person never told anyone. So we ask for another room. Which was given. We had a shopping bag there was an item in the bag and it was sitting on the floor not by the garage but the house keeping took it. We ask to check and return but nowhere to be found. But there was a lady at front desk very helpful replaced the item. So no one I think communicates there. And for parking we can’t even use lift from 1 or second floor cuz it’s blocked construction going. So it was bad experience.

In 2 days nobody came to clean the room and besides, the breakfast: the egg looked raw with yellow liquid

Rooms are large, restaurant is yummy too

I get we all make mistakes but cmon if your going to work with 3rd parties have available rooms for errors like this. Love in another state and traveled here for a couple days to find out they had double booked and couldn’t offer me anything. Have the courtesy to call and let the customer. It’s all about communication.

We have stayed here before and it has never disappointed.

The wonderful experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. An accommodative the room was clean and the shower was hot excellence stay

Super comfy beds and very quiet. Great place to rest up.
