DO NOT stay here. The shower handle had been ripped out so we couldn’t shower. There were stains everywhere. It smelled like pee. The internet didn’t work. The tv only had one channel. The door looked like it had been broken into. This place needs to be shut down. It’s got to be a health code violation.

Close to concert Elevator broken, ice machine broken , and counter person that day was very impatient and rude, kept telling person to go sit down until their turn to check in. Lamp was broken and carpet was disgusting

Nothing I didn’t like anything. Horrible experience. Please don’t waste your money at this place. The smell inside the room, duty carpet, rude staff.

The place was pretty dirty and smelled like smoke. The TV remote would not change channels, just SyFi TV! The coffee maker only had decaf and no sugar. The pillows were tiny and uncomfortable, and the bath towels were from the Nixon administration. Stayed one night out of three.

This place just feels unsafe. One of the elevators was out of service, and the other one was quite frankly terrifying. The floor to ceiling window that used to be a sliding glass door seemed less than safe. The fridge was not cold and kept making a clicking sound. The parking garage is so small it's incredibly hard to maneuver in and out. Luckily our room was relatively clean, but we got out as early as we could. But they were doing construction in and around the parking lot/garage and coned off the entrance and exit! Not informing us at all that they were going to do this. A worker let us out, but that was just ridiculous.

Beds comfortable clean Smells of chemicals. Tv didn't work wires pulled out of wall for cable and internet. The remotes didn't work at all stuck on one channel. They didn't tell me its $20 a day to park at motel when booking it online so extra $40 to give out when get here be prepared .horrible location with homeless walking in and around your cars shit a piss all outside and around building it didn't feel safe not worth the money and i will not come back again a really waste of money. Spend the money somewhere else or spend more to have a better place safer with things that actually work in your room . I feel i should get a discount no happy.....

Got into my room around midnight my first night super tired. Woke up to people screaming and fighting outside then 3 gunshots followed by police sirens. The street railcar is literally right outside the false balcony door so very loud. Speaking of balcony door the next day I found out the door in my room had been forced open and ripped off the tracks by 3 inches allowing all the sounds from outside to come in. Asked the front desk lady if it could be fixed or switch my room. She did try to help fix the door and supplied me with tools so I could fix it myself. The hotel is very outdated and carpet is stained up but the bed was clean and surprisingly comfortable. Also the location of the hotel is not in a very good area lots of addicts and homeless people everywhere. Walking anywhere at night is risky for sure.

When we arrived the front desk lady was nowhere to be seen, we waited about 10 minutes in the lobby area before she made an appearance, I think she was inspecting rooms or something so we weren’t too worried about it. When we got to the room it smelled heavily of cigarettes, the fan in the bathroom didnt work, there were stains on the carpet and bedding, black mold in the bathroom. I read reviews beforehand and knew what I was getting myself into so I can’t be too upset, it was a cheap price and a bed to sleep in. The ice machine worked and the vending machines were stocked so that was a bonus. They did supply extra toilet paper and soaps so i was happy about that. Aside from the smell and stains I’d say the room was fairly clean. This place could be so nice with a little TLC. It’s in a prime location and I personally enjoyed hearing the train outside the window. Check out was quick and easy. I wouldn’t stay here again but I left with a good nights rest and a little more money in my pocket.

Older building in need of many repairs. Old carpeting and stains on the carpet, bedding, and bathtub. Toilet barely functioned. With that said though it was clean in spite of the stains, the beds were comfortable, and it was nice and quiet even being on the Max line. It was definitely worth what we needed, an inexpensive place to stay for watching a game at Moda Center. It's in a fantastic location.
