Inn At The Convention Center

Room was disgusting, stains all over the carpet, smelled terrible, burn marks in the carpet.

The staff was very friendly and helpful The elevator was broke. The only way to our room was outside and up a stair case with no security. The hall way and rooms all smelt like a 100 year old smokers house. Carpets were stained, bedding was very minimal, AC was super loud and there was a rotting dead animal outside our window.

To start off we had almost $4000 worth of items stolen from inside our room. Our room had patches of the ceiling missing and the building itself is very unkept. The elevators did not work and they had guest enter through a side door that was propped open allowing anyone from the public to enter. Management gave us a runaround and offered little to no help in regards to the stolen property Not even to provide a statement for a police report. Please stay clear from this place

The price was right. The beds were comfortable. The unnerving part was the sound of gunshots very close by.

I didn’t like anything. The room was nasty, floor dirty and stained. The room was stinky and the ceiling has leak stains Everything! They were painting the outside but they need to work on the inside. Blood stains on the lamps and other places and trash in bathroom not cleaned

While the location was excellent, much of everything was lackluster. The limited staff was severely overworked and the elevator was broken so heavy luggage had to be lugged up several floors. In addition, the room smelled like cigarettes.

Very little went well. Dirty rooms, malfunctioning appliances, poor service. Misgendered by a man at the desk who was staring straight at my chest. They "locked" my bike in employee only space, but it was never locked - stolen!

and thats also what is kind of bad the max is vary loud but it is not to bad over all

Carpet stains, the tub didn’t drain while in use. The elevator light didn’t work. A guest somehow opened the welded patio door and talked all night long to nobody. Only one voice that stopped maybe to use bathroom. Convenient to the Convention Center. Last but not least, guest have to pay to park there!!! What!!! Never will I stay here again. NEVER!!

Staff was hostile and cursed out several customers (including me) in a foreign language. Elevators broken, security compromised. Staff lying. Theft from room.

Disappointing

While close to the convention center, the staff were less than helpful. They did not have enough towels for us to each have our own and the staff person handed me a bath mat to use instead. They tried to issue keys for our room to another person. Our floor smelled poorly, but that did not seep into the room thankfully.

DO NOT stay here. The shower handle had been ripped out so we couldn’t shower. There were stains everywhere. It smelled like pee. The internet didn’t work. The tv only had one channel. The door looked like it had been broken into. This place needs to be shut down. It’s got to be a health code violation.
