So dirty and smell disgusting the rooms and bathroom was even not working properly

the carpet to full of stains. You would not want to walk on it with barefoot or only socks.
-
It’s ok for a quick stay, especially if you have something going on in the convention center.

It had cockroaches.

The only thing this facility has going for it is its proximity to the Convention Center. EVERYTHING ELSE was horrid--the worst hotel experience of my life. My mom, my two grown sons, and I had planned to stay at the Inn at the Convention Center while I competed in the fencing Summer Nationals being held across the street. My mom, who arrived earlier than I did, warned me that the place was pretty disgusting, the key cards did not work well, and the interior handle of her room was missing a screw and would come off in her hand when she tried to open the door (she had to stick a plastic coffee stirrer through the screw hole to hold the handle in place so she could open the door from the inside). When I checked-in at 1:30am, two other guests came into the lobby complaining that their key cards did not work, so I anticipated a problem with our cards, too. After I went back to the lobby twice to re-key the cards, the single staff member working the entire facility came up to try the door himself. When it did not work for him, he said it seemed like MAYBE SOMEONE WAS IN THERE(!) and had slid a deadbolt across the doorway (spoiler alert: the rooms did not have interior dead bolts; the cards didn't work). He went back down to check the computer to make sure the room was free of guests and to get a master keycard. He returned, saying that the room was definitely booked to me, but after he used the master keycard to open the door, he turned on the light and THERE WERE INDEED OTHER PEOPLE IN THE ROOM! He quickly shut the door, turned to us, and said, "Oh, that's too bad...I don't have any more rooms available." By now it was 2:30am and we had spent an hour checking in and trying to get the door open. I told him I expected a full refund and that we would stay in my mom's room for the night. As we were hauling our luggage up to my mom's room, he returned saying that he did have one room, but that he would need about 15 minutes to get it ready (i.e., it hadn't been cleaned since the last guests and he was going to do it himself). I declined the offer, and my mom, two adult sons, and I shared her double queen room. Her room was the FILTHIEST hotel room I have ever seen; the carpets were stained and gritty. Though appearing clean, the bathroom was in bad shape: the laminate flooring had bubbled up and made crunchy sounds when you stepped on it. After I told my mom about the problems with the key cards, she revealed that the person working in the afternoon had given her a MASTER keycard to use...how many other guests were given them, too?! We booked a different hotel for the remainder of our stay.

$20 for parking. Toilet didn’t flush, the windows did not block any of the noise of the train that passed by every 15 minutes.

the location was right across the street from the convention center, which is what I wanted. The room was good sized, and the beds were pretty comfortable. It took us 30 minutes to check in, as the staff told everyone how nothing worked including the room keys. The emergency stair door on our floor was locked, the TV didn't work, and the elevator was temperamental. There was no coffee or snack available for purchase. Housekeeping never came to our room to replace towels or soap, and there was frequently no one at the desk to ask for help.

The staff was a friendly and accommodating from the front desk all the way to our housekeeping services. Our main housekeeper was Karen and she was amazing! Both deaf person sorry I don't have their first names we're also extreme professional and friendly. Will definitely stay at the location in the future. Only that smoking from other rooms seeped into our room. We are both non-smokers.

Somehow, their room key card is recycled Intercontinental Hotel Group's key card. It looks so unprofessional.

1. Check in took 22 minutes! 2. ADA entrance wasn't convenient at. 3. I was struggling to enter the entrance, the staff stayed behind the counter watch me struggle, didn't help, another guest helped me with my walker and suitcase. 4. Room was dirty, stains on cover and chairs, someone left a large bottle of water on the counter, towels were dingy at best, window curtain was off the track, smoke smell in a non-smoking hotel, exposed plaster in the bathroom. I would rate this place as a NO STAR! The positives is its close to everything, which the property had nothing to do with.

Rooms are very dirty, first one had a 2-3 inch diameter hole in the ceiling and the TV remote didn't work, the outlets are so worn out that you have to hold the plug to the side for it to actually make contact and work, the mattress has 2 levels to it since one side is so much more worn than the other. Guy at reception was rude, the first 2 keys they gave us didn't work and it took him several tries to get us even 1 working key (never got 2). Pathetic all the way around

Although the room was cleaned, the smell made it impossible for me to stay a second night. It was not just my room. I went to another room and the smell was worse.

Location, night staff No ice machine, no shower , no discount after we were told that there was no shower in our room . The night staff the day management would help us out with a discount for the inconvenience.
-
We couldn’t even check in because the key cards weren’t working, the man at the counter scanned cards over and over almost a hour of trying and no luck. So we didn’t get to check in and it was still non refundable.
-
The room was comfortable and clean, vending machines both worked, though the ice machine was out of service. Room temp was perfect. I was about 40 feet from major light rail line that had a clanging bell, beeping noises etc at the nearby stop. Although it mostly subsided, and I slept okay, that was only because I stay up late and went to bed at 2 a.m. If I had tried to go to be before midnight, it would have been tough.

Very convenient to The Convention Center.
-
Sink isn’t draining and staff would not help

The staff was really nice and it was very quiet. It was a great value if you're just looking for a decent night sleep. The elevator wasn't working, the bed was very squeaky, and the room I was in smelled faintly like cigarettes.
