Rooms have a smell of old cigarettes. Location is fantastic though.

They need to replace the sheets and air out the rooms

The room was clean and had recently be renovated. We were pleased with the stay and it is very convenient to public transportation, especially the MAX.

Location was great. Staff was good. Hotel and room was outdated.

This was a very unpleasant experience, and this hotel chain will never be utilized again. Neither the microwave nor the refrigerator worked. We had to enquire about the continental breakfast as the doors were locked. Lastly, maintenance told us the security deposit might not be refunded because the sheets were dirty. Something unheard of. I was being kind by giving the score that I did.

Great location for seeing shows at Moda. Perfectly acceptable accommodations, although it could use some updates and better maintenance.

Someone's eye extension was stuck to a plastic wrapped straw in the hotel room, presumably from a previous guest, so that was kinda gross. The chair had a stain but wasn't the worst I guess. The bed was clean, all around it was alright. The desk clerk was a little rude to a guest around the end of breakfast time.

The room was nice The staff in the morning was completely unqualified. He was a brainwashed, left-wing, angry person that was trying to push his left-wing agenda on guests. When called out he became angry and defiant. A person like this should not be working the front desk.

The room was very clean and functional. Front desk staff were extremely helpful in arranging early and late parking during the trade show at the nearby convention center. Once we were inside, we felt safe. We would happily stay there again.

I got last important annotd didn't get to the hotel till the next day.. that's going to see if they caught me or let me do the day cuz I was there for two more days at the skateboarding event downtown.. Not being able to check in in the morning after being lost in Portland all night thank you guys God bless you

Overall a good stay, for a low budget hotel it was clean enough. A/C was cold and room was clean. Bed was soft but bordered on too soft. Really basic continental breakfast but the waffle was pretty good! If saving money is your goal this is a very affordable option that is good for a one night stay within walking distance to Moda Center with inexpensive parking.
