Disappointing

The room was very clean and functional. Front desk staff were extremely helpful in arranging early and late parking during the trade show at the nearby convention center. Once we were inside, we felt safe. We would happily stay there again.

Overall a good stay, for a low budget hotel it was clean enough. A/C was cold and room was clean. Bed was soft but bordered on too soft. Really basic continental breakfast but the waffle was pretty good! If saving money is your goal this is a very affordable option that is good for a one night stay within walking distance to Moda Center with inexpensive parking.

I got last important annotd didn't get to the hotel till the next day.. that's going to see if they caught me or let me do the day cuz I was there for two more days at the skateboarding event downtown.. Not being able to check in in the morning after being lost in Portland all night thank you guys God bless you

Close to convention center The room smelled old

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The young man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The exterior was run down, but the bathroom was recently renovated. There was minimal breakfast. Location was very close to convention center and train stop.

Staff was horrible, no help at all. They were not lenient about any situation or confusion. It’s best find somewhere else if you want to be treated like the actual human you are. The rooms looked nothing like as advertised.

Only stayed there for a night, but the people at the front desk were very nice. The room seemed pretty clean the buildings old but looks to be really clean. Breakfast was OK but other than that was a good stay

Did not say anything about deposit fee upon booking light was flickering in the bathroom. I found pubic hair on my bed.

It was pretty good. Only problem I had was my sheets had stains and crumbs on them. The ac didn’t blow good on the setting high. That’s about it. Overall decently good. The 150$ deposit for if anything happened to the room caught me off guard.
