Love my stay. Room was cute, clean, and everything I could have asked for. Centrally located so didn’t have to walk far to the convention center or for dinner and drinks. Rooftop bar was cute. All in all it was perfect

The front desk staff was helpful, cleaning staff went above and beyond when the iron didn’t work in our room. Would stay again when in Portland.

It was a great experience until we went to sleep and realized why there were ear plugs on the nightstand. No one wants to hear a train rumbled by all night or be forced to wear ear plugs at that price. Please invest in sounds proofing because we enjoyed everything else but unfortunately will not be returning.

Nice hotel in most respects. I chose to not park on the hotel property and pay the high daily fee. I had no problems finding nearby street parking during the day and night. There are a lot of homeless in the area (same as most of Portland), but I had no problems with leaving my car out on the street. My only complaint is that we did get a fair amount of noise in the room from the commuter trolleys. They apparently operate well into the night and start quite early in the morning.

Check-in was easy and I was fortunate to be able to get into my room earlier than the specified check-in time. With my itinerary, that was really appreciated. Staff were friendly. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I would stay here again if I needed to go to Portland downtown area. The hotel restaurant is actually excellent!

AC was not working during our trip. Tried to contact housekeeping twice with no answer.

We stayed 1 night…Hotel is safe, staff was amazing, rooms were very clean and satisfactory. Only thing was we woke up and our refrigerator decided to turn off during the night and stopped working causing us to toss our leftovers. Rooftop dining was a total bonus. Hit their happy hour and happy hour menu, you won’t be disappointed!

We had a great stay here while in Portland for a wedding.

Clean, comfy beds. We enjoyed our stay, although our view was of the Dennys parking lot that seemed to be a gathering place for the local riff raff. Regardless it was very nice.

Great location on light rail. Hotel shower wasn’t working well: temp control and water flow were not good but otherwise great roof top for food and drink.
