Our check in staff member was BEYOND helpful. Many thanks to her for giving us information on getting to the airport. Restaurant on site was beautiful and food and drinks delicious. Would stay here again.

Staff is not helpful even the managers after explaining of having a very tiring day of driving the staff was still not understanding Misleading with breakfast, they don't include any staff is rude and discriminating They will not disclose all the information before, but when you reach the hotel, they will give you so many different charges, and they would also not tell you that the parking is not paid and it's an extra payment, which is very expensive for a night they don't have any pool or sauna as per Photos

The hotel was wonderful and the staff very helpful. The only thing that through us a curve was our stay coincided with a concert at the convention center which in turn filled the parking garage making it inconvenient to park. Otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay and I would still do it again .
