Hyatt Regency Portland at the Oregon Convention Center

Very nice and clean, staffs are amazing

If anyone has an event at the Convention Center, this is the hotel to book. Not only is it a mere 2-3 min walk, but there’s also a bunch of restaurants you can try nearby. The breakfast buffet is great and the cocktails are a delight.

Excellent Staff and service

Tiny room, terrible breakfast for $29, $4 for each bottled water. The sofa bed was not made when we checked in. There was one blanket and pillow for it, we called the front desk that night, and no one came to deliver any other blanket or pillow. Overall not a good experience and will not be staying there again.

Beautiful hotel

Finding the ice and water machines are difficult. No signage coming off the elevator to the direction of them. No towels in the gym. Food was ok but the wait staff needs a bit more customer service training.

Very convenient, right next to the convention center and has a MAX light rail stop right outside the hotel. This connects downtown to airport and various suburbs.

We just used the hotel for sleeping arrangements. Convienent location, clean, friendly staff.

Clean, efficient and close to convention center. Food and drinks were great. Room was comfortable. Only disappointments: ice machines on only 2 floors of 14 story hotel; no room service; and no real glassware in room. Otherwise delightful stay.

Very nice staff, arrived at 2 am with warm welcome, no time to try the food but it sure smelled good. Market in lobby has everything to start your day. 10/10 with nice views of the area

Very helpful, friendly staff. Check-in and out was very quick. Very convenience location. Had to pay extra for parking, but it's reasonable considering how busy that area is. Oh, the bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

If busy don't use the vallet, go down a block and park in the parking garage. They will give you a new ticket when you check in and it can be charge for overnight.

As someone who works with countertops, I tend to notice the details, and I was impressed to see beautiful Cambria quartz surfaces throughout the hotel. The quality and elegance of the countertops added a luxurious feel to the entire property and really reflected the attention to detail that went into the design. The location was convenient, the amenities exceeded our expectations, and every interaction with the staff made us feel valued and well taken care of. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable, and it truly made our trip even more memorable. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Portland to anyone visiting the area. We look forward to staying here again in the future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very clean rooms, excellent location in the center of Portland. Easy to get in and out of the property. Fantastic and very knowledgeable staff!
