Disappointing

The property needs to be torn down all the way to the studs and rebuilt from the ground up. My room was absolutely the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed at, there were burn marks through both the bedding and sheets on both beds, the air-conditioning covering was broken and missing, I would not even use the toilet and absolutely would not ever step into that shower to save my life even with our shoes on. The toilet would not flash. I could not call anyone for anything in this room given I checked in after midnight. The room is simply not dated. It is dysfunctional and simply gross. The small table inside the room was so bad I wouldn’t even put my bag on it. They need to absolutely give my money back for stay and not allow anyone else to even occupy the space.

The reason I chose this hotel was its proximity to the Convention Center and it was inexpensive. The bedspreads had stains and there was dirt on them. Headboard had little wads of paper behind it that looked like spitballs. The bathtub was dirty, shower curtain had hair on it, the pipe below the sink was all rusty and there was no drain plug for the sink. There was a homeless person sleeping on the bottom outside corridor underneath the stairwell. The parking lot reeked of marijuana and had sketchy people in it, one working on his car in the daytime. I was glad to have a room on the second floor, even though it meant I had to haul my suitcases up the stairs by myself. It was at the intersection of two light rail lines with a stop conveniently right in front, however the noise of the trains going by was disturbing at night. Although the desk staff was friendly enough, check in and check out was through a glass window of the office, like a gas station in a shady neighborhood. I had prepaid the room for five nights and was going to share my room with another woman and her 10-year old daughter for a couple of those nights, but after she read other reviews she decided to book a different hotel. I did not feel safe in this place alone. I would never stay here again.

The door had a deadbolt on it and you could tell, do to the lose screws, that the door has been kicked in a few times, obviously people want to stay here. While there were significant number of people doing drugs in the parking lot, I couldn’t find the dealer.☹️

So day 1 go to turn on the heater heaters broke it only blows out cold I asked the office to fix it they say unfortunately all the rooms are booking there's nothing we can do fine I'll deal with the cold room I go into the bathroom to start washing up and getting ready for bed there's a pile of ants the wall is cracked the shower curtains molded it's disgusting. Let's say about 1:00 in the morning I hear people outside my window they're literally dealing drugs yelling screaming I call the office to ask them to get it under control he says he will continue to go on for another two and a half hours that was the first night I stayed there... Let's say Saturday we leave come back everything seems so calm and quiet I say oh yes tonight's going to be a good night wrong I'm in the downstairs room at 11:00 in the night people above me have their child running from the hallway bathroom to the window doing circles back and forth and the child is just laughing I want to see the child was about two or three being that I was able to run around so therefore why is your child not laying down WHY is your child running around back and forth I asked them nicely can you please quiet it down sure sure sure we'll get it under control go back to my room within 10 minutes it's back going again I finally decide I'm going to put the pillow over my head and go to sleep I get woken up at 3:00 in the morning to I called the office they say they will go ahead and make a call yet it continued till 4:30am

The mattress was halfway comfortable Nobody at the check-in office nor does anybody answer the phones I have people knocking on my door at 11 o’clock at night wanting to know if I wanna smoke crystal meth with them and I have a 13-year-old with me it’s not a good place and when you try to call to get help because you’re right next-door to the office but don’t wanna go out of the door because they’re literally crackheads out there. Nobody answers the phone. Not calling the office or the reservation line for the motel nor did they come online at all with anything when we got here they wanted me to write down the name of my 13-year-old granddaughter so that they had her name on the records, which is absolutely a no, no I do not need door. Should I have to give a minor‘s name to a facility owner that they’re staying here at least I would not think so. Also, when I did the reservation, I was pretty sure it said $89. It could’ve been 98 and then when I checked in, I had to pay 111 I thought that was a little different but I know there’s sometimes the taxes that they don’t tell you I didn’t have to put a credit card down. I was very thankful for that but nothing in the rooms no alarm clock no nothing a TV with a funky TV stand no microwave no kitchen bathroom is decent and that’s about it.

Close to the moda center for the show i attended March 4th 2026 Just too much noise late at night..overall location and the room was clean met my approval

The clerk was rude, he didn't want to give us the wifi password even though we are paying customers. He said it was company policy not to give it to guess. No hot water to shower with. It was extremely noisy from guess up stairs from us and company didn't do anything to quite it down. we never got our microwave or refrigerator, all in all it was the worst stay we ever experienced. We will never book a stay there again and highly recommend that no one ever go there
