District Hotel by OYO Portland Convention Center

I hated the fact that they let us book a room when the fucking hotel was shut down..

The staff was friendly. Checking in was a breeze. The room was comfortable and lovely. The location was perfect for the Moda Center, just a 5 minute walk to and from there and a bus stop just across the street. Would stay here again. It was cold in the room at night (could just been the time of year, early March).

The hotel was boarded up and surrounded by a fence and locked. Had to stay elsewhere obviously.

It was permanently closed!

it felt safe the shower head was broke

The staff were awesome. Helped me on Xmas. Out of there way to get me in and above and beyond customer service

The room is decent and matches the price. The accommodations are simple, but the room was overall clean and tidy, and so were the towels and bed sheets and blankets. It is very convenient for a short stay if you do not require that much comfort.

The front desk worker was extremely nice and helpful

Nothing. The rooms had a bad smell, were severely infested with cockroaches, and you could find hairs everywhere on "clean" towels and bed sheets. For the price, it is an awful place to stay. I didn't finish my stay and moved to another hotel. I selected this one just because it was closer to the convention center. Of course, they refused to refund my money, even though the front desk manager told me that they would refund me the days that I didn't stay.

They above and beyond to make my stay was better I was left there by my boyfriend and they helped me out Nice people

Location was ok, very close to moda center. First room had a clogged toilet, was then moved to a room with cockroaches, and blood/ random stains on carpet and in the bed. We did not stay the night and left. Currently seeking refund.

It was close to convention center Everything was old and not well kept. Place was dirty and rooms had a cockroach infestation.

Behaviour of the staffs. Very well mannered, helpful and nice

it was near transit stops that I frequented the 711 across the street announces over the outdoor speakers that they’re recording you

The location to the convention center and food. The manager was very kind and helpful. It definitely needs and update of the furniture

Good price! very easy walk to and from the moda center.
