The property fit our needs and was clean and comfortable. Our room was clean and quiet, and the view of the bridge was very nice. We ate breakfast at the restaurant twice during our 3-evening stay and it was good. The portions were generous and the service was excellent. We didn't use any of the amenities and didn't need parking so I can't speak to those items. Check in was easy and fast and everyone was very professional. We arrived before we could check in and they stored our luggage for us so we could explore Portland, and then they allowed us to check in an hour early, which was very kind. Overall, our experience was pleasant, and we would stay here again.

Love that the hotel was walking distance from Moda Center. Staff was nice and very helpful when checking in.

Great property and location .

The room was clean and comfortable. Ate at the restaurant in the lobby and was pleased with food quality. Limited parking costing around $30. It seemed there was enough for the hotel needs but plan accordingly if parking lot is full.

We really liked the hotel being right near the Moda Center BUT we sat down to have dinner and it being a concert night there was one waiter there and that’s it and we felt so sorry for him cause he was running with his head cut off and he needs a raise and then the poor guy at the front desk after the concert was the only one there were tons of people trying to check in as well as helping people check out with purchasing food. They need to staff better when there’s a concert

terrible staff they literally have terrible communication skills when I ask a question they act smart and assume my arm supposed to know. Also charged me money for no reason. Don’t stay here if you want a good experience.

The room and property were clean and the staff were friendly. It was a 9 minute walk from Moda!
