Exceptional

Pleasant

Clean room.

Within walking distance from the Veteran’s Memorial Coliseum and the Moda Center.

The food was excellent, the staff at the restaurant was amazing. The bar was packed on Friday for the concert. We waited and waited and eventually had to leave as we were in a time crunch. As we left the bar tender approached us and apologized and offered us free breakfast the next day. She was amazing! Our room was nice. But we felt that the hotel has slipped a bit over the years.

Perfect experience

Beds are hard, but it’s close to the convention center.

Nice hotel and the rooms were nice. The entire breakfast team was absolutely amazing - some of the best customer service. Not the property fault but there was a lot sketchy people not far from the property.

Nice restaurant with attentive waitstaff. Front desk staff were courteous and attentive. The room was comfortable. The location, a bit run down with an abandoned building across the street.

Very comfortable rooms. Nothing

Evrything was ok

My son love the indoor swimming pool.

The staff was helpful at night when I asked for additional coffee for the morning. The beds are incredibly hard and killed my shoulders, barely got any sleep. Morning staff was like "eh, that's just how they are". The main thing i need from a hotel is a comfortable bed.

Clean room with all the amenities you’d expect. The staff was friendly and the restaurant and bar was great!

The staff was amazing! They were very helpful and accommodating. Thank you!
