I liked the amenities in the bathroom as well as the refrigerator and microwave. I was also very pleased with the room size. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room service was very quick. I did not like the extra $3 delivery charge for room service. The automatic 20% gratuity was fine.

Nice room. A bit noisy. OK bed but not great. Paid parking is BS and expensive. Breakfast is expensive and not great. Location is in an area that is a bit sketchy.

The only thing I wasnt expecting was paying $30 for parking. The hot tub was amazing and my kid loved the pool. The room was nice and clean.

All your staff were kind and helpful, even when they were very busy. Loved the food in the restaurant - great coffee. The only thing we didn't like was the bed was so high! Hard for us to get in and out. I know this is a hotel thing, but I don't know why!

The employees/ staff were amazing made the check-in a breeze. And answered any questions I had. My 7-year-old son loved the basketball court and the pool of course. We had gone there because my teenager and her girlfriend had a concert nearby at Moda Center and it was only a 2 minute walk which was a plus.

The in room dining and checkout time of noon The pool and hot tub area needed to be cleaned. The pool seemed a bit green or maybe it just needs some updating

Arrival there was a delay check in systems were down all understandable it was the receptionist that was rude, walked in with a smile asked if I could get the best view her response was yeah if I can get you checked in (rudely) I thoughts she was being sarcastic let her know I had a reservation she looked at me and was like again like I said if I could check you in.. then finally stated the systems were down, I said oh ok that is fine sorry her comment was yeah so it’s going to be a wait again rudely. Pool area had no stocked towels. So we all had to share one towel. I understand things happen but I wanted to leave and cancel my stay because how poorly this lady was don’t think I’ll stay again if she ever working front desk

The air conditioner was not working and the system in the store downstairs was not working so had to go to gas station for water as well

It was nice having a pool and a hott tub, the bed was comfortable. Location wasnt a bad walk to the moda center. The view was terrible. We kept our curtains closed. Felt like it was dark the whole day. The temperature of the room on 3rd floor wouldn't get below 70. It was uncomfortably warm, the breakfast wasn't very good. We had the pancakes, the cheesecake french toast with berries, biscuits and gravey. My wife had the burrito and she said it was okay. extra charges for parking at the hotel 30.00. Personally feel that should be included in the stay. While we were staying here someone parked across the street for a concert down the road unsure if they were guests of the hotel or not but got their whole car stolen. My daughters car was parked just up from the stolen one. Not a safe area at all. The "included" breakfast they tried to short us and only saying they limit it to two people per room. When we had 4 people staying with us. We had to prove that we listed our children on our stay from booking.com in order to get them their free breakfast voucher. The person who checked us in didnt explain anything to us. And forgot to give us our food vouchers. We had to go back to front desk multiple times to ask questions. Which you pay extra for the total cost of your room if you want the breakfast included. If its not going to cover everyone thats in your room stay than it shouldnt say breakfast included. Almost everyone we spoke to was friendly but had attitudes. We are probably going to be a one and done. Was not worth it for us to ever come back here. Would not recommend to anyone.

Great service and ND the rooms were very clean and comfortable

Clean and very comfortable beds!! Eugene the very first front desk staff was super amazing!!! The other staff we encountered in between and on check out were not personable. We heard the staff getting reprimanded in the open areas. Was very uncomfortable. From the conversation it was very needed however. The last person who was exceptional was clean the front windows of the lobby. I have forgotten his name but he was very nice and helpful!!

Overall experience was good. Walking into our room, we noticed garbage was still in a trash bin and also garbage contents on the bathroom floor. Besides this, hotel was as described.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool and hot tub was too strong with the chlorine or chemicals. It kind of burned my skin.
