Clean and clear

My room was clean, bring your own snacks and the snacks that the hotel offers are expensive. Overall The Hotel is clean and nice, I will stay there again. Thank you NaToya

Only a one night stay but, The Towne Plaza was an excellent stay.

Typical older city hotel, with weird retrofits and failing infrastructure. The bed was comfortable enough and clean overall. There was one large hairball on the bathroom floor. My biggest gripe, you ask? My side of the bed was 12" from the wall. A huge room, yet no nightstand and only a foot of space. No free breakfast, even though there is a large area with all the equipment. We ordered breakfast from the restaurant; it was fine, although my wife's dish was strange. A very dry, bland quiche with leeks and sausage, accompanied by a bowl of maple syrup with one of those honey dippers—a very weird combo. It was also accompanied by a huge plate of green melon in large slices.

Rooms are always clean and the restaurant is always amazing. The staff in the restaurant really do a phenomenal job! Its ridiculous to have to pay for parking! I wasnt advised until I was checking out that I was being charged.

Amazing hotel love the beds!!

Lobby was nice and shower was good. The AC wasn’t working too well during my stay. I was also booked the wrong room and was not able to get the original room. The room also had a bad smell l.

The bed was nice, room was a good size, nice bathroom - would be nice to have a fan in the bathroom. The breakfast was terrible! We got Avocado toast, it had no seasoning, the avocado was so ripe there was a huge half of the avocado on the bread unable to smash because it was rock hard. They left the tip of the avocado in it, both my daughter and I bit into one on our own separate plates. Not the seed, but the stem piece, which hurt my tooth. The bread was soggy and not crisp toast. The coffee was good.

I liked the amenities in the bathroom as well as the refrigerator and microwave. I was also very pleased with the room size. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room service was very quick. I did not like the extra $3 delivery charge for room service. The automatic 20% gratuity was fine.

Nice room. A bit noisy. OK bed but not great. Paid parking is BS and expensive. Breakfast is expensive and not great. Location is in an area that is a bit sketchy.
