The room and property were clean and the staff were friendly. It was a 9 minute walk from Moda!

Breakfast was included with our booking, providing voucher which covers most of the breakfast order. Not buffet but many breakfast choices available to order. $30 for parking but does allow free in and out

The hotel menu prices were reasonable and places to eat and transportation were within walking distance.

Old hotel. Needs to be remodeled.

Restaurant and Restaurant staff was excellent, Nightman didnt catch his name Everything else was terrible, dirty rooms, tv on every channel was a delay, service for day staff was terrible, and toliet seat looks like its seen better day

the hotel offers many spaces to gather and work or relax and the pool! And the jacuzzi esp. bc I'm an early riser and gratefully started each day there, and helped me with the loss of my father, which is why I came to pdx. I am returning for father's homegoing, and most of my family will be staying there with me, at my recommendation. See you on 7/24/26. Sally and the DeJesus family.

Great place to stay if going to a concert or event near by

The room was nice, a little small but it worked well and was within a great walking distance from the Moda Center.

The staff made this stay above and beyond. And the later pool hours were great and made us able to enjoy after a late arrival Cost of parking

The hotel is great. Very well kept & clean rooms. Zero complaints. The staff at the counter could use some courses on customer service. Felt like I was being an inconvenience when I checked in & out.

Staff was friendly and helpful

Upon arrival, I asked the front desk about obtaining a crib for my child. The staff member seemed unsure whether the hotel even offered cribs, despite the hotel's website stating that cribs are available. This created confusion and made the check-in process less smooth than expected. Another significant disappointment was the air conditioning system. Guests do not appear to have full control over the room temperature, as the units operate on an automatic setting. This made it difficult to keep the room at a comfortable temperature during our stay. The staff was polite, but I believe there is room for improvement in staff training and guest amenities. For the price, I expected a more comfortable and accommodating experience.
