It was available Extremely overpriced; most of the lights and outlets in the room did not work including TV, nor did the shower. Sink was FILTHY

The location and the staff were great. The amenities were dated, but the beds were very comfortable and the hot water was phenomenal. The air conditioner worked great but the TV did not work at all. It was dated and could’ve been cleaner. But overall, no real complaints.

I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I wasted my money honestly

Great deal. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Sheets had stains on them, pillows had weird lumps and were all different. One of the people who was traveling with us who was the only one who slept under the sheets got bit up by bed bugs. I will never stay at this place again. The soda machine was broken and had a sign on it that said “No work”. If you are planning on staying here because of cost take your chances somewhere else. The room key was given to me in a paper sleeve that was definitely used. We stayed in room 212 and it was pretty bad.

size, location floors were not clean, felt sticky and left our feet/socks very dirty. bathroom door was broken/very hard to shut and was super loud to open. desk chair had unknown white stains on it

Very quiet restful stay and kind accommodating staff. Very nice view of the city skyline from the balcony and right next to a tram stop.

Very poor

Terrible experience from the start. First they charge $20 to park for the night. Checking in i was handed a key card in a reused sleeve. Like reused 50 times. Torn and written on numerous times. My room was horrendous. The floor isnt level. Hair in the sink. Lipstick and stains on the towels. TV did not work. Shower would not get hot at all. Had to take a cold shower. Carpet felt damp. I didnt even stay the night it was so miserable.

The big plus was Union station is a 10 minute walk across the Broadway Bridge. Hotel is outdated and was reasonably clean, there are no restaurants nearby.

My friend and I stayed here for a concert, and the only perk was the walking distance to the Moda Center. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, but it wasn’t until we were in bed, ready to sleep, that the real disgust set in. A little bug scurried across my face, and when I opened my eyes, saw it and noticed tiny red, mite-like bugs all over my bed. This hotel has a bed bug infestation. We immediately went downstairs to check out. The person working the front desk at 12:30 a.m. appeared to be about 12 years old (we confirmed there were no adults available) and seemed well-versed in exactly what to say about the bed bugs. They offered a refund but said I first had to contact Expedia. Before even leaving the parking lot, I contacted Expedia, who then reached out to the hotel. The hotel denied the refund, claiming they had already inspected the room and found no bed bugs. Somehow, in the roughly five minutes it took for that communication to happen, the child at the front desk had apparently managed to inspect the room. The hotel has also ignored my emails, despite my providing photos of the infestation, and continues to refuse to issue a refund.

Found the room to be well appointed and very clean. Air conditioning worked well. Parking secure. Comfortable bed and great shower. Could use an update on the curtains-larger and heavier material perhaps but these were adequate.

I'll just tell you the truth. I've stayed here a few times so I kind of knew what I was getting into and it's never been great, but it was very convenient. And the price wasn't too bad. However, this time the price it was really high. I couldn't get towls because the hoor tolet paper when I got in from dinner because it was after 9 pm and they do not do service after 9 and the maidis the on. There's no microwave, and the air conditioner was really loud, so it needless to say, I think that was my last stay třfffhere. There's much, cheaper, much better vgʻgalue rooms out there. And I think I shall be going for them next time.

I did like that this motel was very close to Our event location. Very old, beaten down rooms, broken amenities, room smelled pretty bad, spots on bedding. I know its a family business just hope they get all this fixed.
