Every towel and pillow case had obvious stains... did not use the shower because of that. The bed was comfortable but the pillows are old and lumpy. The staff was rude and they dont even have a lobby, you have to stand outside while you talk to the person through a window. Not what this place advertised to be.

The only complaint I have is the curtains did not completely cover the windows. As a woman who travels alone, the gap was unacceptable and left me feeling a little exposed. Just get a little wider curtains.

Surprised to have to pay $10 extra to park overnight.

The dirty pillow cases, dead bugs, and the banging of the people outside our window who were using a hatchet to break apart a catalytic converter... we didn't stay. We checked out at 11 pm.

They charge for parking even if you have a room

Location from the train station and price. Beddings seemed dirty.

Within two blocks from the moda center. And good food places and markets Rooms were very outdated and gross. There were dead ants all over the ceiling in the bathroom. Also mold. There was no way I would have drank the water or showered. Also a friend got a different room and there was gross stuff stuck in the fridge and coffee pot. Also they said the pillows smelled like urine.

My mattress had a burn in it, the room smelled like cigs and weed when I got there. The sheets had several stains so I slept on top of the blanket. Very convenient to Moda center, but would rather stay somewhere cleaner next time.

Shower was dirty broken absolutely waste of money.

It is stated on Expedia that parking is included, however, they demanded $10 for the parking. In the room I got were holes in walls. Moreover, there were holes in a floor covered by very old dirty carpet. It is unsafe for anyone, especially, older people to get around in that room. The smell in the room was disgusting. Everything in the toilet room was falling apart. There was no hot water. That den has to be demolished or at least needs an entire refurbishing. Keep away from that awful place!!!!

Don’t trust the Expedia reviews and please read the reviews on GOOGLE. This was easily our worst hotel experience. we were unexpectedly charged an additional $10 parking fee for what appeared to be a regular outdoor parking lot. the room looked dusty, so my girlfriend decided to inspect the bed. We are extremely glad she did because we found what appeared to be a live bed bug crawling near the end of the bed and underneath the mattress. We immediately packed our belongings, left the room, and reported it to the front desk. The employee briefly checked the room, claimed she could not see anything, and was extremely dismissive and rude toward us. Bed bugs hide inside mattresses, wooden frames, and other small spaces, so not immediately finding one during a quick inspection does not mean the room is safe. She told us to leave and said that Expedia—not the hotel—would refund us. However, when we contacted Expedia, we were told that the hotel denied the refund and claimed we had been offered another room. That is completely false. We were only offered another room but why even stay. We did not feel comfortable staying anywhere in this hotel after finding a bug in the bed. Between the cleanliness of the room, the employee’s rude behavior, and the hotel providing conflicting information to avoid refunding us, we strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

Second room was liveable, but they did have running water due to a leak. I'd suggest spending a little more for something better. Side note: Some people showd up in the parking lot and a dude with a shopping cart full of power tool just started u loading them into the cars trunk. Guy got paid and they both left. Sketchy neighborhood, be ware.
