Quiet.

I need to cook meals for myself and we had an early flight so this was the perfect solution to both being so close to the airport with a shuttle. The kitchenette was just what we needed and we cooked dinner and breakfast during our short stay. Beds were very comfortable. I'd highly recommend.

The room was very nice and comfortable. It was great having the kitchenette to make our own meals.The lending shelves in the lobby was nice too. We borrowed a game. It was very close to the airport making it less stressful to get to my flight on time. We were on the bottom floor and there were people right outside the windows arguing loudly. Also, the toilet bowl had stains.

Good place to stay close to the airport. However the conjoined rooms are separated by a paper thin door so you can hear everything happening next door.

We asked as the lobby if they had “do not disturb” hangers for the doors. We were given a DND magnet. The door was not magnetic. So how exactly were we supposed to use that? Finally, they list themselves as “pet friendly” but they only allow dogs, no cats. This is actually pretty common but I’m tired of this kind of anti-cat discrimination. The parking situation was trash.

Close to the airport. Excellent airport shuttle service. Always clean, staff always helpful, our room was very quiet. A nice restaurant, Elmer’s, was within easy walking distance.

Finding a used tampon in the bathroom and an unflushed toilet within 20 minutes of checking in was absolutely disgusting and made us seriously question whether the room had been cleaned at all. Although the staff was friendly, their proposed solution was to move us into a king suite—even though we had paid for two queen beds—leaving us to choose between an unsanitary room and accommodations that didn’t meet our family’s needs. I was assured someone would follow up regarding compensation, but no one ever did. I was also incorrectly told the airport shuttle operated 24 hours, only to learn at check-in that it had limited hours. Because of that misinformation, we had to pay unexpectedly for an Uber. Friendly words do not make up for an inadequately cleaned bathroom, inaccurate information, or promises that are never honored. At the very least, I expected management to acknowledge what happened and make a genuine effort to resolve it. Their complete lack of follow-up made it clear that once we checked out, our experience and our business no longer mattered.

Security is great both for your car and the hotel itself.... they have a few things on had at the little store that can get you through the day u check in if your tired from traveling.... great hotel. and staff. Cascade Station shopping w/ all major stores is 10 minutes away, as is PDX terminal.

Had to spend the night because of a flight cancelation. Clean. Nice staff. Room was comfy and clean

This location is directly under an airline landing path. The frig knocked all night then stopped producing a knocking sound in the morning - told the morning staff about it but not too concerned. The alarm also went off at 4:00 am, so I guess they don’t check alarms when cleaning. Parking lot is sketchy in that many parking lots around there are fenced in giving an unsafe feeling for those unfamiliar with the area.
