Very accommodating. Had perishable items and lobby staff let us use their employee refrigerator to keep things frozen for a later flight. Hotel shuttle saved time as well.

Convenient to the airport with free parking! One of the rooms was very dark because of where it was located.

the airport shuttle service doesn't start before 5 am. I needed to be to the airport prior to that time, so I had to hire a Lyft. I booked this place because it claimed to have shuttle service. No mention about hours or limitations were listed.

Check in was quick and easy! Staff were friendly. It smelled good the moment I walked in. The room was clean and cozy.

The cost isn't the problem, Priority of my request is. Especially when the reservation was made months upon arrival with amenities confirm and request made.

Elevator! AC! Oh, yeah, this is a US property. It’s a hotel by the airport. Shuttle service, that was nice.

This place isn’t worth it compared to other hotels nearby. No ice machine and ice maker made about 12 small block of ice in 5 hours and through the night it make loud noise when it pop out an ice block. There’s only 1 way in and 1 way out which the front main door. Tooth brush and paste are cost now when other hotels would give it for free. No breakfast offered and all the food are bad food. Won’t stay here again.
