Madison Suites Motel

Absolutely nothing The room didn’t have any toilet tissue in the bathroom. The comforter had holes in it. The wash cloth was a huge hand towel. Just absolutely ridiculous!

Room nice and clean.

No rooms available even though the booking was confirmed. Property management did not notify prior.

My spouse. The Madison itself is a shithole surrounded by drug addicts and thieves galore. Hands down one of the nastiest places I have ever stayed at.

The room and the kitchen I like everything

Smoking and the price but couldn't comfortably stay. We ended up cancelling our stay It was not as clean as it looked in the pictures and there was a homeless encampment right across from where the hotel parking is.

I booked a room with 2 beds and a sofa sleeper. When I arrived there they gave me a room with one bed and no sofa.

Staff is laid back and friendly. Charming rooms. Very clean. Great pricing. In can't complain.

Nothing After booking the room online, then seeing the actual property with homeless tents all around it, I decided not to stay, even though it was non refundable.

My husband said the guy was rude when he checked it. You have to call him to come to the office.it would have been nice to have another heater for the bedroom.

It was extremely quiet except for the hookers working next door There were some creepy dudes trying to get in my room

This place is infested with drug addicts and hookers. Should be removed from all bookings sites. Yeah really that bad. You have been warned.

That I had to pay cash. I forgot I prepaid for the room for 2 nights when I booked it just looked at my credit card statement showing I paid already now I know why he wanted me to pay cash because I had him try 3 different credit cards which he told me they didn't work. I don't have a receipt to show i paid cash so now my opinion is the clerk is not very honest he doubled billed me. He was the only bad thing that happened regarding doing business with them.

The hotel clerk was drunk . He threw my Id at me. Je demanded more money from me after I already paid through booking. Com He was very unprofessional all the way around. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you have other choices to stay take your other choices. Not a thing

My stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing. The location and surrounding area did not feel safe, especially around the parking and entrance. The most concerning issue was with the front desk staff. When I mentioned my Booking.com reservation, I was immediately told, "We don't take Booking.com." Only after showing my confirmation was I acknowledged, and even then, I was made to wait about 10 minutes before being shown a room. Once in the room, the cleanliness was far below expectations — the bedding had visible holes, and the overall condition felt unhygienic and insecure. To make matters worse, I was asked to pay again because the staff couldn’t verify my prepayment, leading to further delays and confusion. Given the lack of proper reception, poor service, and safety concerns, I ultimately chose to forgo the room I had already paid for and booked a different, safer hotel nearby.
