Flight was delayed and got in after 11pm, a note was taped to the window saying my check in was already processed, and to call a number to have my room opened and i could get my key the following morning after 7am when someone would be at the desk. called the number which gave me what sounded like a taxi dispatch service. couldn't get into my room, and ended up having to sleep on a friends couch that night, and then ended up going to a different hotel the following day. Hotel refused to refund my money.

The staff here are highly helpful and doing a great job with what they have. However, the hotel itself is quite run-down, and there is a noticeable issue with people loitering or living out of vehicles in the parking garage. On the positive side, parking is completely free, and the pet fee is very reasonable. Ultimately, it is a "get what you pay for" budget choice. The service and low fees are great, but expect very basic conditions and stay aware of your surroundings.

This is a budget hotel, and as such, was good enough. We had a bit of trouble with the TV remote but the lady at the front desk took care of it immediately. The dual room was very spacious. The only complaint was that the king bed mattress was VERY soft, where you sink into it quite a bit, like 4-6 inches. Of course some people like this, but I believe most of us prefer a more neutral mattress. It caused a modest amount of sleep disruption. Proximity to the airport was helpful. When you pick a budget hotel, you shouldn't be picky, and this one was ok. Perhaps there was the option to be moved to a room with different mattress too. The price was pleasantly aggressive.

The staff is very nice and accommodating. For under $100 a night it exceeded my expectations. Large room with bed separated from living area Would recommend it to anyone looking for a low budget place.

The check-in process was easy. The front desk attendant was very nice and personable. The room was clean. The parking was surprising (having to park down under the building in a garage however, I should have researched that prior to booking my stay). The hallways were noisy with people and loud music. There were no elevators and the only way to get inside the building once parked in the garage was either walking up the hill and out of the garage into the building from the front door or use the tiny metal stairwells in the garage to go up.

Disappointing

Don’t expect luxury, however, the rooms were good size and all the kitchenette amenities worked well. If you can deal with the ‘hood, it’s a good deal. And Stan’s deli and groceries across the street is pretty rad and convenient.

Room was really nice, the staff were great and really enjoyed the stay was close to my work & the price was affordable. 😁😁😁😄

Parking deck smells like pee and weed. Came in late and realized we booked in a neighborhood we would have never stayed in. Lots of working girls working here. Would have never stayed here if we knew the area. But room was clean and staff was very friendly!

The parking garage was underneath the motel. When we pulled down there, there was a family fighting, garbage sitting around. Felt unsafe and dirty. We had to carry our belongings up a wooden stairs to our room. The room seemed clean enough but cockroaches just make me sick. We put all our belongs up on beds and slept alongside our suitcases. Beds were very comfortable. They locked the doors so we couldn't check on our vehicle.

I picked this place because I had an early morning flight out of PDX but I would not recommend or stay here again. Other than the room being run down I could hear people talking loudly and dogs barking in the adjacent rooms until 3am or 4am.

Room was in sad shape, run down they did not have my confirmed reservation. Air conditioning had wires patched together. Parking was under the hotel and they lock the doors after 10pm which means you walk back outside and enter from the front lobby. They lock up the vending area sometime in the night so I was unable to get ice or snacks for my 5am departure. We had a room with 3 double beds, all of which had a different size and definitely were years past their useful life. Do yourself a favor and stay some place else. Absolutely the worst hotel I have stayed at ever.

Stay away I didn’t like it at all

We asked for a room with a single queen bed and were given a room with two smaller beds instead. When we brought it up, the staff acted annoyed and insisted it was an “upgrade,” then refused to move us to the room we had booked. The entire room felt unclean, and the shower was particularly grimy. The TV wasn’t working, and they repeatedly sent the desk clerk up to “fix” it. He was annoyed the entire time and kept blaming us for the problem. After nearly an hour of him coming in and out of our room, he finally realized they had given us the wrong remote. During all of this, he was also talking badly about other guests, saying they were bad people who deserved “crappy rooms.” Completely unprofessional. After dealing with all of that, I decided to try taking a shower despite how grimy it was. I pulled out a towel and found it covered in someone else’s long, dark, curly hair. We went to the desk and asked for clean towels, and they REFUSED to give us new ones. That was the final straw. We left. We made sure to warn the people checking in about our experience. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Location and barely. It was literally the dirtiest motel I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms smelled. It was dirty

the property was pretty old and kind of rough, but the staff was super nice and helpful. the room was spacious, however the layout was a little questionable since there was no ac unit in the bedroom, only in the living room area. the hotel was near a lot of places we were traveling to so that was helpful as well.
