Quality Inn & Suites Olde Town

Loved the location. Motel was clean and front desk person was very nice and knowledgeable. It was beside a Starbucks, which was an added bonus

Horrible breakfast Loud AC and bare bones staff

The breakfast was very weak. Microwave biscuit sandwiches doesn't replace hot foods. I had a 2 night stay and left out late the next day. When I returned that evening my room hadn't been cleaned so I reported it to the front desk. I was told that since I had a do not disturb sign on my door when housekeeping arrived my room was skipped and they don't return back to it. I asked for fresh towels but told them I've never visited a hotel that does this. Needless to say I won't be returning to this one.

I thought the rate was decent and I was happy they allow cruise stayers to leave our vehicle. Staff were very helpful and kind. This property is in a very sketchy area. We did not feel safe walking to McDonald’s, which is close by. There were lots of people walking around asking for money, yelling at cars riding by and prostitutes walking around at the gas station which is right beside of the hotel. Rooms are outdated and drab. The chair in our room was stained and torn. I can’t speak of the breakfast as we did not get any.

The shower didn’t look like it was rinsed out. The bathroom sink looked the same way. The cleaning didn’t feel very thorough.

When we came back from our event we had no place to park Keys was deactivated to the room and front door locked had to ring the bell to get in Room was not like the picture Room was not ready at check in time Would not recommend this inn to anyone

My largest complaint was that I put some letters in the mailbox and they set there for 2 days. I finally got them back and took to post office myself. The desk staff didn't seem to care about this situation at all. Other than this the staff were very friendly and m helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again

The hotel was clean and beds comfy . I was very disappointed in the breakfast. For $219.00 a night I got a microwaved biscuit and a muffin. The waffle machine was put away and didn’t have any milk for the cereal ??? No one was even around to stock the bananas??? Very poor i would have rather them charge me $10 less and let me go to McDonalds. Sorry wrote everything in one box.

Very comfortable and clean hotel.

I have stayed here many times over the yrs. This is the first time the staying price for one day doubled. On top of that the booking company held paying my money for an extra 130 dollars. I felt as though they were in co hoots in the shakedown. This will be disputed. No hot water. My last time staying at this hotel.

Website that hotel was booked at included pool and hot breakfast as amenities. Pool was closed, front desk person said “ if you had booked with choice hotels you would have known the pool was closed.” The “hot breakfast “ consisted of dry cereal, granola bars and less than adequate coffee. There was mold on the walls in the hall way, stairwell, and bathrooms. The sheets were dirty. The carpet was bubbled in the rooms and throughout the entire hotel making it dangerous to walk without tripping. The chemical smell was so overpowering it made my family sick. The cord to the hair dryer was melted. Half the outlets in the room sparked when you plugged something in. The other half didn’t work. All in all this hotel stole my money as I would not even recommend this place to a vagrant. I do not recommend this hotel at all and would seriously consider removing it from your website.

The rooms were clean. The contential breakfast didn't offer nothin but coffee and cereal, it was sorry, no orange juice, no bagels or nothing 😲

It was a very nice hotel for the price point. The breakfast was nice, well maintained and clean. Even had make your own waffles and some sandwiches to make. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. It was nice experience for our trip.

Plansant Pool closed

The first room we were given was occupied. The second room was dirty. The sheets that we couldn’t replace had crumbs in them. We asked the front desk staff for more sheets and towels, and they said they didn’t have access to housekeeping, so we had to reuse our dirty towels and sleep on the only clean appearing bed. The breakfast was subpar. I will never come back.

When we left for the day we took the sign off the door and cleared our beds so they can make the beds and clean the room and when we came back our beds were not made and trash was still there and so we're our dirty towels.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The pool was closed. I picked this hotel because of the outdoor pool. So I was very disappointed that the pool was closed for good.

Close to where we were going to. The cover on the bed had stains on it. the room smelled mildewy.

The breakfast was good. Maybe some breakfast meat could be added like sausage or bacon. The staff to check in was not friendly had an attitude.
