Quality Inn & Suites Olde Town

I have to traveling for hours to get to the hotel when I entered the front door. I asked if I could use the ladies room. I was told it wasn’t one. The hotel have a terrible smell the top bedding cover was dirty. The refrigerator did not get very cold. The carpet on the floor was filthy dirty

The staff were incredible and responded to all of our requests (new sheets after a child spilled. A few muffins when we were late for breakfast) they were incredible and kind. The flooding was hazardous.

The best part were the front desk lady and the breakfast room lady were very professional. The room was good with a working fridge and microwave. Lines down the TV, but not bad enough to request a replacement, and a few stains on one bed cover. None of this was a show stopper for me.

Three times I had to get a new room key because it stopped working. Beds were not comfortable at all. It's a place to sleep and that's it. Breakfast was a joke.

The area was a good area for food and things and the pillows were phenomenal ! Housekeeping was excellent every-time we asked for something they gave it to us right away with no problem ! The pool wasn’t open but online it said it was. The lady at the front desk was rude and the rooms with the kitchen had nothing to cook with nor any silverware (did not say that before booking). The stove was also dirty and the tub had hair in it when we arrived and there was also someones old contact on the bathroom floor.

Building has horrible mold problem, rooms were not clean (pubic hair is still found throughout the bathroom when we checked in)

Everything was good, rooms was clean and staff was very nice and the parking lot was good. The breakfast was great

Checking in was an easy process the front desk rep very professional. The elevator worked properly which is always a plus. The hotel was in a good location only 10-15 minutes away from the event location. The room was a decent size tv & fridge worked properly. The smell of the room when we walked kind in of smelled like mildew. The view was not the greatest stirring at a brick wall, there was stains on the sheet and pillowcase, and the hot water was not hot more like lukewarm. The beds were not firm enough.

Horrible mattresses and pillows. Makes sleeping difficult.

Breakfast was nice- shame the kitchen ran out of the waffle batter though. Courteous staff. Met our needs as a property.

I really didn’t interact with the staff I came in late and just stayed one night. Room was clean bathroom could do with a new toilet seat. Plenty of parking
