One stop shop for food, multiple restaurants on site. Great boutique wine shop next door and close to great entertainment, restaurants and bars.

The hotel was great, clean, good restaurants & conveniently located. I was there for a conf. but would love to come back for vacay.

Very beautiful with nice restaurants and good pick up and drop off location for Ubers or Lyft rides.

5-star in every way possible

Paid a year in advance and did not get my river view room. Refrigerator not working! No microwave which I requested! Never going back there again! Nothing for the amount of money I paid!! No breakfast!!

We spent a lot of money to stay here with a river view,to be in a room with a headboard that looked as if a cat clawed at it.The valet parking was a joke because when we were ready to step out,they took their own time and never said why.When asked how is stay going I told this and her answer “That was manufacturing defect”and she also said”it will be better in October”…really?

The water view was amazing.

Thankful and blessed to travel to Norfolk throughout the storm and still have a great time.

My only concern is the unexpected charges to my card. While we were staying there, there was an attempted charge of about $170 even though we did not order room service or purchase anything extra. They said they didn’t know why. My card was locked at the time, so the charge did not go through. Today, after my card was unlocked, the hotel charged me $38. I haven’t received any emails, receipts, or explanations showing what these charges are for. I would just like more transparency about the additional charges and an explanation of why my card continues to be charged after our stay. Other than this issue, we had a great experience at the hotel.

I recomend

(Tipping) It’s optional for us as customers to Tip. I get that it’s provides convenience for customers. But Valet shouldn’t demand that you Tip them for retrieving your vehicle if that’s a service provided by the Hotel. Let Customers have that Option.

I stayed here this weekend with my husband. We were celebrating our 20 year wedding anniversary and the hotel and restaurants were extremely nice!! The room was beautiful and very clean! I will come to stay again!!

The room smelled like piss

Parking was my least favorite thing about this location.

I traveled 3 hours away, just to arrive at your hotel to learn that I did not have a reservation. I had to find another hotel. And, I had a guest with me, which would have been her first time experiencing you hotel. My comments above informs you what I did not like..
