I was standing in line for breakfast and the staff there intentionally made me wait a lot 20 minutes so didn’t know how to serve me breakfast. also, the pool is filthy.

Very nice, clean, convenient and super nice people

Tv wasn’t working and I told front desk and even called the hotel after I checked out and to no avail I wasn’t compensated at all nor did anyone call me back about my issue

I Travel all the time. This was by far the best hotel I have stayed in. Excellent views, wonderful staff, clean and well maintained. Will come back again!

Everything here is top tier

I have booed king room, but when I arrived, the receptionist changed room for regular 2 queen bed room without letting me know, when I checked the room which was on 21st floor it was extremely poor quality handles on drawers broken, bathroom tiles faded and looked very old, shower at least 25 years old. I went back and asked why my room looked like this and she said king room was no more available and the room they gave me was upgrade, because it was on top floor. Waste of money. Receptionist

Restaurants were out of many items. We had to ask to have our room cleaned even though we didn’t have the Do Not Disturb sign on the door.

Breakfast closed too early Closing breakfast at 10:00 is too early and while on the waiting list, no one sent a text informing us it was closing g before they could find a table for 3. Dissapoi ting.

The property was located close to everything- could walk to the marina and activités. Both restaurants were excellent. Staff was efficient and friendly. Room was clean, well appointed and spacious.

Excellent location for Harborfest activities. Great restaurants within a short walk. In house restaurant, Saltine, is offers excellent fare. Hotel parking on Plume St is convenient. All in all a wonderful hotel for downtown Norfolk.

I always stay there when I’m in the Norfolk area beautiful staff, excellent restaurants, etc.

Nothing is a hassle here. The parking isnt a hassle. Checking isn't a hassle. Rooms are always on point. Love the art, the restaurants and the gym. The scenery looks good the people look good. This is my go to place when I want this crash in norfolk.
