The toilet leaked all night long but other than that it was great.

Sorry, breakfast was cold and then we got seated under cold air flow, but otherwise it was a terrific stay!

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I loved how close to the USS Wisconsin the hotel was and the fact that there was dinning near by.

My experience was terrible because the staff was incompetent or indifferent and I would never go back.

The premises was very humid and uncomfortable during my stay. Neighboring guests were loud, played music, and smoked until 4:00 a.m. I had to complain to front desk and ask for a room change

Front desk thanked me for being a Bonvoy member and upgraded me to the 10th floor which was awesome because of the view j mentioned above. Snack lounge was great, too! No real complaints other than I called down for a blanket and offered to come down and pick it up so I didn't inconvenience anyone on the housekeeping team (they were still cleaning rooms at 930p) and after 45 minutes, I still did not have a blanket. I went down to the front desk because the phone just kept ringing and ringing while trying to call front desk, and explained that the blanket still had not arrived and she immediately called someone for me. Within 10-15 minutes I had the blanket. My only other real concern was the valet. The guys were extremely nice and helpful, but I did not like that when I pulled up, they were sitting on the side of the hotel smoking. When I came back down the next morning, I could smell the smoke smell still so that was a bit frustrating. But again, very nice guys, personable and helpful - I just wish they took in to consideration that some people have luxury vehicles and do not like the smell of cigarettes/cigars. I would definitely stay here again! Super convenient to everything, too!

Loved the waterfront location. Super convenient and very walkable. They had an air conditioning issue while we were there but were working hard to keep everyone comfortable. A bit dated and weathered but I would definitely stay there again. The bed was comfortable, the view was fantastic, staff was friendly, and the buffet breakfast was very good.

No water couldn’t even wash my tail .. bugs from food just being laid around (see photo) Hotel starting flooding. We were told to leave to get a full refund just to still get fully charged . Still waiting refund . Manager on duty super rude . I’m telling yall don’t stay here.

I recommend getting a room with club house access!

The room was clean the staff were great and very helpful. This was defintely a great hotem stay.

Location The construction mess and the utter confusion and lack of personal at the desk or parking to make it flow smoothly.
