Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel

I love the Club on the 10th floor, it made working from the hotel much better then working from the room. Staff there was great, Only thing we didn't like was when we booked it we booked a room with a patio (description said patio) but the room we got did not have a patio. However staff looked into it and made it better.

I got there and when checking in they didn’t have the room available that I paid for which was unfortunate and when I got to the room the tv wasn’t working woke up the next day and had to either pay for basic hotel breakfast or walk 5 mins up the road and get some good breakfast

I enjoyed my stay; however, it was extremely cold in the dining room. The food at the breakfast buffet and the lunch dinner was EXCELLENT!!!

I like the location & the hotel was nice I was highly upset to be double booked in the same room with people I didn't know. Me & my party opened our room door &:walked in on people that already had a key to the room. That was a horrible experience

Love this Sheraton Waterside in Norfolk! Its entryway is clean and spacious. Its staff is professional and friendly. It is convenient to everything and has valet or self parking in walking distance!

Upon arrival to the hotel the staff was friendly and helpful. It was hot outside and they had drinks and light finger food being served which was perfect while waiting in line for the room. If you choose Breakfast, it’s actually pretty good with fresh omelettes prepared in front if you.

The Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel is very outdated and does not compare to other Sheraton Hotels I've stayed in the past.

I was not able to have a late check out because I was not a rewards member. But I paid money so I don't understand that policy. The lady at the front desk was very sarcastic and the property was 1980s clean and it was paint chipping off of the room doors in the wall when you got out the elevator. Terrible place would not recommend for the price. It is definitely not three and a half Stars it is maybe 2.1
