Glad they got the elevator fixed. Nice people but limited breakfast and dinner options. Also, not good that they don't use cash, only credit cards or charge it to the room.
-
Toilet leaked, and didn't flush properly. No shampoo or conditioner. Didnt get maid service every other day as noted. Checked in with three towels and maid service only left two shower towels and one hand towel. Had to use service elevator

First impression it was hot at the check-in desk. It was hot on the first floor. Both elevators were not working so you had to go to the back to use the hot service elevator restaurant not open nowhere to get a meal. Room had a peculiar older not bad, but not good. Bathtub was filthy. Needs to be resurfaced. Would not get in the bathtub even with shower shoes on. Toilet is old. It’s only about 2 feet off the floor and the property honestly just needs to be upgraded and renovated.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The valet service was superb! Location, location, etc. in downtown. Access to public transportation, city attractions, especially, Glad you are able to help keep downtown alive! Everyone will be glad when the main elevator is in service. And all the ice machines. But still a great location, and served our purpose well. In the room, there was a tear in the carpeting, some wallpaper has come unglued, and there was a steady drip in the tub. Being somewhat older, I had a concern that the bathroom floor was quite slippery, wet or dry, unless wearing soft-soled shoes. But all that is fixable.

This hotel has great potential. However, it is in disrepair. The elevators were closed and the ceilings were dripping from rain outside. We got our luggage to our room by the service elevator. The location is great. The size of the room was great also. The rooms and building need repair and updating. The hotel’s proximity to Waterside district is very good as well. The price we paid was appropriate in comparison to the closer, higher end hotels.

Location Elevator broke, issues with the lock, extremely low water pressure, old and stale
-
Ice machine was inoperable. Pool and hot tub were under repair. Elevator was inoperable and had to use freight elevator.

Nothing working, no elevator, no...
-
No breakfast staff or food. Staff was not helpful from admission on information. Did not provide a receipt. Elevators were not operating. Only the staff elevator connected to the laundry room worked. The hall carpet has stains. No amenities on the floor. At one instance I could not get in the room, had to get assistance from the front desk. This was a terrible experience from start to finish.

Pool was closed (sorry for the inconvenience), ice machine on my floor (sorry for the inconvenience), sign state to go to front desk for ice and front desk said no go to the 2nd floor (sorry for the inconvenience), tv of worked part of the time the first night, and the box springs were dirty in the room. Other than all this it was okay.
-
The was staff was courteous, but the hotel had several problems. the elevators did not work at all . All the quest and staff had to use the one service elevator . my room was not clean ,glasses were dirty , no remote for the TV, and the AC panel was falling off the wall.
-
Because it was a Marriott you will expect more, but it wasn’t Because you would no if you that is the Marriott, you shouldn’t have any problems to a certain extent

Staff was unaccommodating and dimisive. Asked for extra pillows and they were never delivered. Tipped valet in the app and was handed my keys and told I was parked in spot 101. Not quite sure what I paid for. The tile in bathroom was separated from the wall. The elevator was not in service. Had to use the service elevator. Pool and hot tub were also down. All in all not a great experience
-
The hotel is very outdated and my toilet was clogged. The bed was very hard. I will not be staying here again! Nothing bad just not for me! The staff was ok!
-
I didn’t like the fact majority of my sheets had blood stains and dirty I had to go to Walmart to purchase clean ones. Breakfast was limited they only had coffee. When I spoke to the staff about it I was given an attitudes. Of all my hotel that I stayed at I never had to pay valet for parking and tops it off it took them 45 to a hour to find my truck because the morning attendant was given the wrong ticket number.

When I arrived with 2 kids anxious for the pool and hot tub, we found out they were both closed. Since this city was a ghost town on a Sunday, we were planning on getting room service for dinner. Then we were told their restaurant was closed for the day so we ended up eating overpriced snacks from their tiny marketplace. The only close restaurants were things like Hell's Kitchen which would have cost hundreds of dollars for dinner. Will never stay there again.

The room was fine, the lobby had no air conditioning
