Hallway stunk badly rooms were good room service never cleaned our room and we were there for 3 days

Surprisingly this hotel was GREAT. Room was very spacious. The hotel is being renovated which is a plus. The pool is big going from 3 ft to 9 ft. The only thing I did not like was the smell in the hallway but that’s from renovation. We will definitely stay here every time.

The elevators were out of order

Stay was fine overall. No complaints regarding our room, staff, etc. Only complaint is though there are 4 elevators, only 1 was working. 12 floors and 1 elevator working during 4th of July weekend. Also heard from other guests that people got stuck in their elevators. We had to walk down 12 flights of stairs to leave!

The location was good, there was a nice view, and the bed was comfortable but otherwise the property is out of date and needs to be refurbished. There is a Mildred odor in the hallways. The mini fridge was noisy as was the air conditioner. The sink and the toilet clogged. The furniture was old and needed repairs. Worst: 3 out of the 4 elevators were broken!!

This was the loudest property I have ever stayed in. Be aware if you want a good nights sleep that the walls are paper thin.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the lobby was beautiful, which made for a great first impression. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. The rooms were outdated, the bathroom was not clean, and the shower only had lukewarm water. The walls were also very thin, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. I visit the 757 area often, but I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Basic. Unhelpful check in desk on arrival who was rushing and was quite rude. Room was a good size but no proper duvet cover, 1 bedside light was faulty. Noisy fridge. Pool area was OK but the pool itself poorly maintained. Very basic gym area. High cost per night and poor value overall.

Star Wars hopeful that property is it’s dated they should be two stars

Also, it would be nice to have toilets that are for adults. It was too low to the floor.

Sad I didn’t get to try the breakfast. I’d stay here again!

We arrived to the hotel late due to our flight being delayed. While waiting for the flight I called the staff to alert them of our delay so I could assure that my room would not be given away. When we arrived the person on site Dameon was very rude and curt. I was asking basic questions and he seemed so annoyed and off putting. When we finally got our keys we went to the elevator that seemed as though it would give out at any moment…yikes truly a at your own risk adventure. Our room also left much to be desired only one of the two lamps by the bed had an outlet that was close enough for use. This left me with the inability to use the lamp and also the clock/charger that was PROVIDED. I had to set the clock/charger on the chair to be able to plug it in and use it. The table that held the coffee pot also looked like it was on its last leg… literally the leg looked like it would fall off. I made sure not to set anything on it… didn’t want any of the “incidentals” to magically appear due to the table giving up the fight. The when I went to take a shower I was shocked by my own strength. With just the touch of my pointer finger the entire shower faucet moved! WOW I’m soooo strong! This hotel reminds me of how Cher described Amber in Clueless… she like a Monet from far away it looks great but up close it’s a real mess.

Half the price of downtown and within walking distance. It's not a 5 star hotel but it was alright, and the staff were very helpful with a multiple room Expedia booking that I needed to split up. Halley was great as well as the night shift guy. The breakfast waitress also needs mentioning as she was a great waitress. So so for the average Joe, it had hot showers, decent beds and decent rooms. Air conditioning seemed to be locked on 70 though which i didn't like but otherwise it was all good.
