Crisp and clean room with upscale feel. The Glass light restaurant was delicious. The Beef Wellington was very tasty and tender. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only frustrating thing was having to circle the block several times to find room at the valet parking drop off.

Very close to parking and carnival terminal There was so much light in to room and couldn’t sleep well because of it. The shower was awesome but lights from parking deck came through bathroom window and then through glass shower wall in living area. No blanket and I was cold. Also the employees were not at all friendly.

Location, friendliness of staff Parking was convenient right behind hotel. Very clean, beautifully decorated. Glass gallery was a nice touch. Oasis room, area for each floor to get waters/fruits a replenishing station was stocked but fruits were a bit disappointing.

I loved that the room was beautiful, it was easy to check in and that it is in the middle of downtown Norfolk. The bed was very comfortable and the staff is very sweet and friendly. Not sure why but my room felt very warm and I tried lowering it but it was very warm.

No breakfast included. Coffee maker in room didn’t work. The 2nd one didn’t, either. The staff was very nice, though, & the room, restaurant and bar area were really beautiful and quite artistic.
