Bed was comfortable and A/C worked well. Close to Old Towne. Cleanliness of room, Double charged and had to spend too much time getting it fixed, NO grace for just a little late checkout. Broken chair in room. Just not good.

Bathroom sink faucet leaked terribly, to the point that it flooded the floor. The tub's paint was peeling and there was no bath soap in the bathroom. Very shady neighborhood, didn't feel safe in the parking lot or the lobby.

I had a very good experience at the Red Roof Inn in Portsmouth. The staff was excellent all the way around. The cleanliness factor was acceptable. The location was good. The cleanliness factor was acceptable but some areas needed attention.

Older hotel that is need of remodeling. Rooms were clean though.

Location Only one way to enter and exit. The one door to the hotel had no lock. Anyone could walk in. Parking - small parking lot and anyone could park in it. We got the last parking space No one was at the front desk Room was dirty The smoke detector had been removed The AC did not cool the room No place to hang out clothes Refrigerator dirty One trash can The remote didn’t work for the television The bed had the springs or bar coming up Lamps were missing light bulbs and had no shades

Honestly, nothing. Parking was tight, it smelled like urine everywhere and the building is old and falling apart. Toilet didn’t flush right sink didn’t drain. Burn holes in the pillow cases, room stank. Everything was dirty. Like a layer of film. I had a panic attack and left at 5 am.
