The towels were rough, like cardboard. In serious need of being replaced. Also, the shower door was broken so they had replaced it with a fabric shower curtain, which smelled like mildew. Seemed like a cheap fix.

The rooms are big and airy but the hotel can feel a bit isolated at night.

Aloft had great lobby for socializing and fabulous restaurants nearby. The staff was very helpful. The room was comfortable.

This is my go-to place whenever I visit my girlfriend. Every employee here treats everyone like royalty; they’re truly awesome. I’ll definitely continue to stay here. A big shoutout to the Aloft!

The property and the staff incredible But my problem was that I couldn’t extend my stay if i didn’t do it by any website that they are in. And i have to find another hotel elsewhere. Totally disappointed about it.

The most helpful and friendly staff! I stayed for the Providence marathon and they helped in so many ways. Every staff member was kind and accommodating despite the popular travel times making it even more busy than usual
