Beautiful stay! Thank you.

We loved the king size suite!! Lots of room.

The hotel was nice, the staff was polite and professional. The location is perfect. The location is great walking distance for festivities shopping and sight seeing.

Asked for the water in the front desk, said will give it to my room, but never show up. The body wash was mixed with water

Friendly staff. The downside is there is no lobby area restroom. My sister and her husband needed to use the restroom when we came back from a tour but their room was in the middle of being cleaned. While they were able to use the one in our room, anyone without traveling with others would have to wait.

Great location, easy access, the staff was amazing. The rooms were well decorated.

The rooms are very clean & the food is tasty. We were in a junior suite with two king size beds, a walk-in closet & two TV's. One in the living room area & the other in the bedroom.

Big comfortable room, friendly staff, very convenient to College Hill and Downcity Room decor is working too hard to be clever. Felt like AI spat out "artsy room design". That said, my teenage kid liked it. Bathroom smelled badly of mildew. When I mentioned it, the office offered a deep cleaning. Instead, what I got was housekeeping sprayed the room with so much air freshener you could almost taste it. And when it dissipated the mildew smell was back. I was also surprised that housekeeping never made the beds or did any housekeeping at all outside of the air freshener. For the prices this place is charging, a made bed and some new towels are expected. A made bed at the bare minimum. I made sure there was no Do Not Disturb sign up for this very reason. Also the parking situation could use to be more clearly laid out for late arrivals. The night front desk didnt make clear that the hotel has its own tags for guest parking. Fortunately the day clerk straightened that out.

The staff was very nice Our shower kept shutting itself off while we were using it. It was unseasonably cold and there was no way to turnt the heat on, I had to put a bath towel over me during the night as an extra blanket. We were trying to treat ourselves to a nice hotel stay on a long road trip and were very let down.

Great location A little tired looking in places

Poor shower pressure. Left a bag of toiletries in the room. Called the same day, left a message. Went back the next day to try and get them. Left my details again for the housekeeping manager. Never heard back. Vibe in general was off. It felt rather unattended. Miss the Biltmore feeling. Stay at the Omni.

The staff They didn't have a good restaurant. No room service
-
Its a great old property, but I can't recommend it to anyone wanting to get a good night's rest.

I wanted to express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at the Graduate Providence. During our visit, the Ghana National Team was staying at the hotel. While we understand that hosting a national team is a special event, no prior notice was provided to guests about the significant impact this would have on the hotel experience. As a result, the property was extremely crowded with fans, there was a heavy security presence, and common areas became difficult to access and navigate. The overall atmosphere was far more hectic than expected and significantly affected our comfort and enjoyment of the stay. Had we been informed in advance, we could have made a more informed decision regarding our accommodations. We believe guests should be notified when major events or high-profile groups are expected to create substantial disruptions within the hotel. We would appreciate your feedback regarding this matter and any consideration you may be willing to offer for the inconvenience experienced during our stay. Thank you for your attention.

Great location, friendly staff, adorable decor and very comfortable rooms. Nothing!

Friendly staff, but has gotten a bit worn around the edges
-
Super fun & love Providence! Fashionable

Soccer teams from Ghana and Morocco were also at the hotel and the excitement was palpable! The location was great and the view from our windows was pretty. On the negative side: the garage was not that close so hauling luggage was not that easy, the restaurant was difficult to find, and the hotel has known better days.
