Omni Providence Hotel

Good location, everything else is really bad. Do NOT book with them. We booked a room in the hotel’s ‘better wing, yet it was dirty, had a bad odor, broken furniture and even had mold in the bathroom. Coffee we paid for, was missing from the breakfast twice, not a great room service experience. The second night I suffered an asthma attack, and the receptionist still didn't move us to another room. The manager, Brian, promised a $100-per-night refund ($300 total), but only refunded $200 and then sent us a message with an arrogant receptionist (Andy) that it was all we would get. Terrible service and staff and a disgusting room. Do NOT book with them.

Superb

We had a beautiful clean room on a high floor with a great view and comfortable beds. We appreciated the vouchers for wine or coffee. There was a noise all night that was unpleasant. We weren't near an elevator and didn't know what it could be. We used pricy valet parking because the instructions for getting to the convention center parking were too much for weary travelers. There's a great food hall within walking distance.

Everything The parking is a but expensive.

The breakfast buffet was overpriced

We did have an issue initially, but, staff resolved it in no time

Valet parking and they let you take out car without an extra charge. Super clean hotel. Cleaning staff wonderful. Great room service food! You can order room service until 10pm. The bell person was super helpful! Valet staff were quick to get my car and always friendly! Sky bridge goes to Mall. They allow dogs The best part! Guest service was amazing when I called. I have no complaints.

Everything was great except for the Fleur bar that charged a separate fee for ice and juice in our cocktails Don’t charge for nonsense

A beautiful hotel and great location! Nice view of the city and helpful staff. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work and they brought a full pot right away when I asked.

My husband and I chose the Omni Providence to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, and our experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality that we felt like VIP guests throughout our stay. The front desk team was exceptionally accommodating and made sure we had a lovely room for our special celebration. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail made us feel that our anniversary was just as important to them as it was to us. One of the most memorable moments was discovering that the hotel had surprised us with chocolate-covered strawberries and prosecco delivered to our room! It was such a beautiful and unexpected gesture, allowing us to share our first anniversary toast together in the comfort of our room. That thoughtful surprise set the tone for a wonderful weekend and is a memory we will cherish. What truly distinguishes the Omni Providence is its people. Every interaction made us feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. The team went beyond simply providing a comfortable place to stay. They helped make an important milestone in our lives feel even more meaningful. We may not remember everyone's name, but we will certainly remember how they made us feel. To the front desk staff and everyone who contributed to our anniversary experience, please know that your kindness and efforts did not go unnoticed. Solid hotel. Good location. Clean. Worst breakfast I have had in a while.

Excellent location and staff Elevators were beat up and room overall was clean and well laid out but ceiling was cracked and the sink dripped

room was nice comfy bed expensive per night and you still had to pay for wifi

I paid for early check in at noon and room was not ready until 12:45pm. Furniture is very weathered and property is not newly updated besides new carpeting in room. Cleanliness of room was poor with stains on walls and bathtub
