Omni Providence Hotel

Everything was great. Associates were very nice and helpful. Great view on Providence

Room AC was broken on arrival but they fixed it quickly. Room service was delayed a few times and wasn't that good for the price. Clean and comfortable otherwise. Easy location downtown.

Wish the pool was open

The staff at the Omni was absolutely exceptional. From the parking valet team, to the front desk, to the maintenance guys who were up to talk sports and share restaurant recommendations - everyone was incredibly good at their job while also being fun and personable. This is on top of the convenience of the location downtown. I will definitely return.

The staff was so incredibly helpful and friendly. The valets were wonderful. The front desk staff was a great help when we checked in and the air-conditioning was not working in our room, they had us moved to a new room with working air-conditioning very quickly. We loved the bar staff in Fleur! They were great!

Lovely hotel! Super convenient location. Clean and well appointed rooms. Staff was excellent! Thanks Andy for the dining recommendation for Track 15. We had a great time in Providence and can’t wait to visit again in the future:)

We’ve stayed here a number of times, but this time we had to switch rooms on our second night because the air conditioning failed. They didn’t offer to comp us for anything.

The entire staff and valet were absolutely helpful and straight to assisting. The area is perfectly convenient for shopping and travel and absolutely friendly and accommodating for dogs 10/10

Prices to high no continental breakfast no amenities

Staff was great. Appearance of the property is great. Location is great. Some maintenance could be done in the rooms, but only minor stuff. Most of the usable outlets are very loose and should be replaced. I would definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable, spacious room, great bed, quiet. Bathroom sink had loads of counter space, shower was great. Staff amazingly helpful and smiling.

Nice and consistent will be back

I really miss the pool and jacuzzi they used to have. Oddly, there is a constant noise outside (even 21 floors up) from rooftop AC condensers or similar— was very loud. Would be nice to be able to buy snacks etc since bar / restaurants close early. Well located - walking distance from some great restaurants.

Had a great time.

The property was so pretty. The room was extremely clean and more spacious than I expected. I can't say enough about the staff - they were friendly, kind, helpful!!! The location was perfect and made it so easy to visit all the other areas of Cape Cod. I highly recommend it and will visit again, for sure!
