Courtyard by Marriott Providence Downtown

This hotel was just okay. Nothing special. The staff was fine. Not particularly friendly. The hotel does NOT have complimentary breakfast nor do they have a pool. They have a very modest snack area and parking is $36+ extra. I think some of the info may be getting crossed over since there are 2 marriots downtown... I also noticed they had cookies they gave away to those who checked in around 5pm but when we checked in around 3/4pm they did not. Don't stay here if you have kids - its adequate but nothing that would make us stay here again. We will likely try the Omni next time.

We had a great stay! The room was very clean, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The location was excellent—we were able to walk to plenty of restaurants, shops, and other attractions, which made exploring the area so convenient. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely stay here again!

Water was out for a while while we were there, which was the only inconvenience.

We stayed here as a base to watch Scotland play Morocco in WC2026. This was the PERFECT location and the manager Dave went above and beyond all possible expectations to make our stay truly memorable. I have never met a more hospitable and fun manager. It felt like he was hosting us in his home - he cheered us on before the match, and commiserated with us afterwards. Despite the result (Scotland lost), our stay was wonderful and I would give this Marriott Courtyard (and Dave) 6 stars if I could.

The room was clean. Everything looked really nice. I just wish I had better options for breakfast in the morning not just a Starbucks but other than that it was great.

The room was very nice and clean, the location was excellent! The bed had a matrice cover that was too thick which made it too soft, and this gave me back pain

Location, location, location!

M. Was extremely helpful at check-in. We decided to stay longer and M was able to help us adjust our reservation. The location is steps away from great restaurants and the providence place mall. It was a super quiet stay. Love the ladies at the cafe. They were super helpful.

Sent to multiple rooms at check in.All were dirty, Shortage of housekeepers. very difficult for front drsk employees. Many unhappy guests. Overpriced. Location noisy. Traffic racing by all night! no on site restaurant, although brewery/pub next door just downstairs with excellent food and beer. Would not stay here again.

Breakfast not so great I ordered a sandwich for breakfast not cook enough

We were moved to 3 different rooms because the rooms did not accommodate our three guests. We were given one king bed for 2 adults and a teen. The final room was under construction and didn’t have curtains on the windows.
