Weird choice of furniture for the room and the shower had a bizarre design
-
Bars closed most days, no breakfast, rooms are tiny and air-conditioning is noisy. Moved rooms 3 times. No cupboards, wardrobes or chest of drawers in any of the rooms. Staff are untrained, all are teenagers with no clue. Every time i asjed for the car park moneyboff voucher they looked at me clueless. I had to point which pile the forms were in. Bathroom windows face opposite rooms bedrooms so they can look right in on you whilst you're sat on the toilet. Absolute dive of a hotel. I wish I could have changed hotels. Other than that, great!

Rooms were smaller than I expected, and there was no refrigerator.

It was a very basic clean hotel. I was a bit surprised to see bunk beds in the room. I was convenient to the convention center. If you want a place just to sleep it is a good pick.

The reception desk agent Isaiah was perfect for the two nights I was there he saw to it that I had everything I needed. He was highly engaging and uber professional.

Stayed for a work business trip. Excellent clean and tidy rooms. Aircon and tv were wonderful. Lack of a bin was mildly annoying and no safe neither in the room nor in the reception was also a bit poor. Other than that it was a great hotel in a great area. Would definitely return

Very good

Very nice location smack in the restaurant and bar area. Interesting design and retro decor. Parking is easy but not cheap. Rooms are small but nice. Elevator takes some getting used to.

We love the esthetic of the hotel

This was our first time staying here, but it won’t be our last. Saliou, at the front desk, was so friendly and professional, and we appreciate his warm welcome. The room was immaculate, and the location of this hotel is excellent!

Old hotel. Spartan room- no mirrors, not enough lamps. Nor worth the money!

Passable

Check-in was really good person at the desk was very helpful parking Next Door was very convenient. People say it was expensive but $40 for 24 hours of city Park and is pretty reasonable to me and it was right next-door. My room was on the fifth floor, the elevator only went to the fourth and it was the first elevator of Ben in where the doors were manual. It was a dual closed door and you had to open both doors and closed both doors manually and there was only enough room for like three people. The biggest complaint I had was the room was dusty. It was pretty clean, but like the floor wasn’t swept good there was still like pieces of dirt and dust on the floor, and there was dust on the blinds. Dust on the windowsills. Another positive note for shower was amazing.

Very cute hotel and friendly staff!
-
No complimentary coffee--not in the room, not in the lobby. Very narrow space to walk between bed and wall--less than 12 inches.
-
Nice hotel with friendly staff near a lot of amenities. Parking is in an outdoor lot next to the hotel.
-
Good location for exploring the city. City is quiet in the summer.
-
Nice hotel in convenient location
-
great value relative to other hotels in PVD; room was small but comfortable and fun design. service was really kind and helpful, including providing ice, advil, and a wrap when one of sprained our ankles some might complain it was a little dingy, but met our standards for the price

Loved the decor and it was such a cute place!
