The place was new and clean! Modern upgrades were nice like usb plugs in room, nice big tv but man, the staff made it a 3 star experience when it could have been 5.

I prepaid for this hotel using my One Key cash, I should have had a charge of $12.00 plus one nights parking at $32.00 for a total of $44.00. my card was charged $168.00 with no explanation of the charges and now I can't seem to find anyone at the hotel that wants to explain it to me. I will not be using Hilton Garden Inn again.

It was a little noisy in the halls late at night, on the first night. Other thant that it was okay.

For what you get, and what is offered, it doesn't seem worth the money. Why have amenities, if you're not going to let your guests use them without squeezing an additional $30 here, $40 there, on top of $200+ for the most basic room available for one night. (Empty hotel. Empty parking lot, Empty restaurant.) Great amenities no one bothers to use. Probably wouldn't stay again, unless it was last-resort. It is really late-capitalism on full display. Even the waters in the room are not free. They're $3/each. Welcome to the Late Stage Capitalism, everyone. Enjoy!

Nickel and diming you for everything. Especially parking for $32 for one day ? On a weeend when parking was free on Sunday. They never told me that.

It was a great location with easy access to the hwy We were in an accessible room yet the bathroom door only opened half way in violation of accommodation standards. Also the bath tub contained hair which indicates the cleaning is not done thoroughly
