Hilton Garden Inn Providence Downtown Convention Center

It was a great location with easy access to the hwy We were in an accessible room yet the bathroom door only opened half way in violation of accommodation standards. Also the bath tub contained hair which indicates the cleaning is not done thoroughly

Loved this hotel. It was convenient clean with character. Parking is a bit tight but it’s right there for your convenience

There was very loud construction noise during the day, making it impossible to take a much-needed nap. There was also a loud, frequent noise All night long, almost like really loud banging of pipes. It was consistent and did keep me awake.

Great location, close to town. Room was very large, clean and comfortable. Very relaxing. Room was serviced every day, which was a bonus. No problems, room very pleasant.

I was assured I would get credited through booking.com. Hannah checked with the Mgr at the Hilton when approved it but not sure what the disconnect is between the hotel and/or booking.com for the credit since it was approved but I still don’t have it yet. Please work together to resolve and advise thank you
