Excellent location in downtown. Parking in downtown is expensive. The hotel only offers valet parking at $42 for overnight parking.

Great building and entrance, staff helped me right away to get checked in and the room was great and clean the kitchen in my room was very helpful, breakfast was also very good and lots of variety!!

Great stay in the middle of providence and great walking distance for everything. Nice hotel, great room.

Valet was smooth, customer service was understanding and accommodating. Very personable and we appreciated that! There was tainted water coming out the shower for whatever non-hazardous reason but that happens sometimes apparently so we were reassured and taken great care of with a change of rooms and great consideration.

While the staff is very helpful and the rooms were clean, my only issue was parking. I don't like using valet and prefer a option that I can easily access my car as needed so had to find an alternative arrangement.

Nice location and lots of choices for breakfast. Front desk was also pleasant.

The bathroom shower had only scalding hot water. We did not want our stay interrupted so did not report this until we checked out.

I always stay here when visiting my son at Brown. He has graduated so this might be the last time we will go.

The hotel is a convenient location. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the mall is a 10 minute walk. The property and the rooms are clean and staff is helpful. They also have a very good complimentary breakfast.
