It’s a convenient central location and suites were a good size. Noisy - it is surrounded on all 4 sides by major roads with frequent sirens, noisy traffic and base beats from the local bars. Breakfast was very poor given the price of the rooms. Sofa in the room had broken springs and was uncomfortable to sit on.

Had fun great location

The staff during the breakfast were very helpful. They need to upgrade the waffle maker. I made a waffle and it was not totally cooked. I wish they have more choices for the hot breakfast like to make your own omelette. Lastly, I was kind of itchy with the bedding and sofa. I am extra sensitive and allergic to dust mites. And the valet parking guys were prompt and we have a free ride to the mall with shuttle. I wish it’s was not raining so we have a chance to explore the town. Overall I did have a great experience and would like to come back again soon.

Great location . Easy walk to downtown attractions and to Brown or RISD. Staff was attentive. Very good breakfast. Close to the train station and the river. Parking is costly and only valet. But not out of line with most downturn hotels. The valet service was good

Traveling with family. Was able to check in early and received adjoining rooms. Location was perfect for our planned activities. Would stay here again.

Very pleasant stay overall. The surrounding area had everything we needed and more, all within walking distance. Convenient, comfortable, and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Wanted a pool and workout room

Loved the spacious sweet with quality and Punta kitchen items. It was very comfortable and AC worked very well and loved having a ceiling fan. Shower pressure was a bit low and sleeper sofa mattress was a bit thin. Breakfast was the best buffet ever for this class hotel. Location cannot be beat.
