Really clean and rooms were bright and spacious Breakfast could have had a wee bit more choice but was still pretty good

We arrived quite a bit before our check in time were able to check in early as our room was ready. All the staff were so pleasant. A special Thankyou to Jena (hopefully got the correct spelling). Upon getting to our next hotel I discovered I had left my passport in my room here. She was able to get it via the housekeeping team and sealed in an envelope then passed it on to a courier who took it to my next hotel. Thank you soooo much. Everything

Kitchen in the room. Came to watch Scotland in the World Cup and the staff were great- all very excited and helpful with arrangements and things to do

Our view was great but we paid for it The elevator situation, the cleaning crew should have their own…we waited a while every single time, and everytime there was a cleaning lady getting on or off with her cleaning cart that barely fits with people that are already in it

I had a wonderful overnight stay. My room was much more spacious than I needed. The hotel is clean, and my hallway was quiet. This hotel is in a great location. Overall I was impressed with this hotel. I would definitely recommend it.

Valet service could be improved.

Valet staff are friendly snd respectful. No one cleaned the room our entire 5 day stay even if the signage was not placed outside. We ran out of liquid bath soap, we were just given bar soap. We were told it is a process to replace it. We slso ran out of toilet paper and we have to ask for it. For the price we paid, we expected to be taken care of.

Stayed here the night of our wedding. Beautiful hotel and conveniently located. We had our after party at the XO bar and the hotel’s shuttle was waiting the range and could drop off our party and pick us up. Staff were great!

Fine except on all 3 mornings fruit never avaiable. When I asked if it would be refilled the answer was yes. I waited 1/2 hr and never happen. Car valet never even offered to open the trunk when we stood by the back with our hands full of luggage. Just grabbed the tip and went back into hotel.

Great place to stay, the location is very close to RISD, Brown and restaurants in College Hill. We found the breakfast lacking quality, would be great if Hilton could upgrade it.

Clean room, modern hotel right in the center of it all. Definitely will return.
