Homewood Suites by Hilton Providence Downtown

Hotel was very nice. I recommended

We had a very nice stay. The location was convenient for us. The room was comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Room was spotless, bed very comfortable, numerous pillows, lobby and grounds spotless. Included breakfast was adequate. Didn’t use valet service, arrived on train. Great value, 5 minute walk to train station.

Excellent property. Just expect to pay a $44 a night parking fee

Parking area in front is small and congested.

Very convenient location, and gym has the necessary’s aquipment

Very nice property! Conveniently located near restaurants and shopping.

I borrowed three umbrellas from the front desk on the morning of September 3rd because it was drizzling. I returned them to the front desk that afternoon. Both borrowing and returning required providing and verifying my room number; upon returning them, I specifically asked the staff member if the three umbrellas had been cleared from my account, and he confirmed that they had. However, when I checked out, the guest folio showed a charge of $45 for the three umbrellas. I questioned the staff member at checkout, but he gave a vague, non-committal response, was unable to explain the situation, and said he would have to ask the manager. Since I was in a rush to catch a train, I couldn't wait. I later called to follow up, and they promised a refund, yet I have still been charged $45 for the three umbrellas that I had borrowed and returned.

Good staff

Very good breakfast selections, beautiful and clean rooms and bathrooms with very comfortable beds and pillows. Convenient valet. Great location for walking to shopping and restaurants. Free local shuttle available. Nothing

Newer place. clean and spacious room, great friendly staff, quick check in, overasll great experience

Very clean and modern hotel.

Had fun great location

The staff during the breakfast were very helpful. They need to upgrade the waffle maker. I made a waffle and it was not totally cooked. I wish they have more choices for the hot breakfast like to make your own omelette. Lastly, I was kind of itchy with the bedding and sofa. I am extra sensitive and allergic to dust mites. And the valet parking guys were prompt and we have a free ride to the mall with shuttle. I wish it’s was not raining so we have a chance to explore the town. Overall I did have a great experience and would like to come back again soon.

Great location. Only one valet attendant on duty, so valet parking can backup at peak times.

Location, cleanliness, friendly and accommodating staff

Nice for family stay

Lovely accommodations- very friendly staff, great location, walkable to many spots, great free breakfast, very clean and comfy- would stay again and recommend ! Nothing - it was great

Really nice hotel. Well-kept. Easy valet parking. Fresh cookies at the front desk. Central location in Providence.
