Only downside is that the included breakfast was very bland compared to other included breakfasts we have had at similar hotels.

The location is good The room decor is dated and cluttered. Poor soundproofing on the windows as there appears to be a motorcycle enthusiast group that likes to do burn outs in downtown Providence in the middle of the night and you can hear it all. One window is a direct view into a parking garage.

The hotel is a valet parking only with no 24hr valet service..Room was not as described when asked to switch rooms was told no because i booked through Expedia so there was nothing they could do. Definitely won't stay there again..

the bathroom was outdated, with a step-in tub which was inconvenient for seniors with mobility or balance issues. Breakfast was very basic and bland, although the coffee wasn't bad.

Shuttle service was a nice extra. And driver was wonderful!

Clean and comfy! Very conveniently located. Only knock is must pay for valet parking for an extra $40 bucks.

The buffet was normal nothing exciting and the room was old fashioned.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Woke up with neck, hip, back and shoulder pains. Mattress too hard. Trash can in bathroom old and rusted. Otherwise nice place. I would have done a 4 star if the mattress was not so uncomfortable.

We rented a disabled accessibility room. The bathroom was a good size that my husband could get in with his wheelchair but he wasnt able to get in the bathtub as he has no feet so we were hoping for a shower he could roll into. We did find it weird that there was no mini fridge or microwave in the room. We did enjoy the free breakfast.
