Our stay was pleasant overall. The hotel has a great location, and we enjoyed the good selection of breakfast options. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The front desk staff was helpful. The room was clean. The bathroom had the necessary amenities (hand soap, lotion, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner). Room service is only every other day, but the bathroom was stocked with enough towels for our weekend stay. The breakfast was fine with hot and cold options (eggs, sausage, waffle irons, oatmeal, cereal, yogurts, and bread for toast, as well as coffee, juice and water). The hotel is walking distance from Brown, RISD, and the mall. Its location made Providence easy to manage without a car, and Ubers are easy to find when you don’t feel like walking.

Location was perfect Pull out bed broken. Had to sleep on a very uncomfortable roll away bed

Staff was super helpful with late check in after concert at gilette stadium. Breakfast buffet was convenient.
-
Great location - staff was super helpful as our flight didn't leave until 5 pm and we had plans for the day. Offered great options and were absolutely great. Parking is ONLY valet - the listing stated self park but that would be you, on the street or in a random lot. Just be aware - but the valet was a great option with in/out possible. Great breakfast and tea/coffee station always available.

We had a little issue with the AC and we immediately offered to change a room. It was late, we were exhausted and stayed in the room. The next morning the manager was very nice and apologized. We left the hotel still extremely happy and before we left town, a credit of a $100 went back to my credit card, just wonderful people in this hotel, highly recommended.

Beautiful spot but did not like the $40/ day for the valet parking

Good hot breakfast with pre-made omelets, sausage, home fries, waffles. Nice location right downtown and walking distance to most all downtown, Brown, Benefit St, etc.

The hotel is in a perfect location to visit Providence. A short walk from campus hill, just across the river park and RISD. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. An airport shuttle you can schedule for weekends and non-rush-hour on weekdays. The staff were very nice and gave us a late checkout before we even asked. The hotel is basic but clean and the beds were comfortable. Our door stuck a little, that’s really the only complaint I can come up with. I’d definitely stay there again if I returned to Providence.

We have stayed here twice while visiting our son in Providence. The hotel is always clean and everyone on the staff is friendly. The breakfast is good and the staff is constantly refilling everything. We will continue to stay here during our visits fo Providence. I didn't love the valet parking. I preferred to park in the lot behind the hotel. It is cheaper and you can get to your car when you need to.
