Issues with the room. The wifi did not reach our room, so we couldn't use it for the entire stay. The TV did not work for longer than a few minutes and would frequently cut out due to connection problems. Also, there is no refrigerator in the room, and the ice machines were not working. The room was clean, and the staff was helpful. Its in a great location and the hotel offers a shuttle to nearby places.

The hotel was nice, centrally located. The staff accommodated our room preference, which was appreciated. Breakfast was the usual Hampton Inn fare, which was fine. We would stay there again if in Providence.

Free shuttle service is great, we used it from bus and train stations. Breakfast is basic.

Took off one star because they charged for late checkout even though we left early. Would stay here again if in the area.

Great downtown location. Solid breakfast. Clean rooms. Only downside is valet parking is required.
