Facilities and staff There was nothing I did not like.

It was across from the beautiful view..THE OCEAN! I loved everything about this stay the area that it was in was nice and only a few minutes away from,places to eat and things to do

Our room was clean and neat and check-in was very easy.

Convenient location if you are going to use the Ferry boat and I dis Point Park - Staff good Beds comfortable Plumbing problems - At first shower was only scalding water / Staff repaired - but then difficult to adjust water flow - AND the handle/flusher fell off the toilet - too many plumbing problems -

The location was ideal. Great views. The staff went above and beyond to help out. The bar was open longer to accommodate those watching the World Cup on their phones. The World Cup was happening and we couldn't watch any games in our room or the bar for lack of Fox Sports. How is a basic channel not available?

Nothing really A clean room the first time they gave us our assignment. Not two rooms later. After entering one that wasn't clean and another that had a person lying in the bed. Waiting in line to check in.

Location- +nice waterfront view. - on the highway which is convenient for access but full of trash on the highway entrance. Room: comfortable. Decently appointed and beds were good. Bonus: Microwave and mini fridge that actually cooled. 1st night desk attendant lady very nice and helpful. Parking only $15 a day Male desk attendant was unfriendly at checkout. How was I supposed to know that I was supposed to keep the entrance parking ticket from the first day in order to get out of the lot when I checked out? Was it really too much effort for the guy to buzz me out the gate? Seriously? His attitude ruined my stay for me. It was an old hotel but I would overlooked all that except for his attitude.

Breakfast was fantastic. Made to order.

We are grateful to the hotel for fulfilling our request to accommodate us on a specific floor. I like location and easy for taxi to arrive directly to place near a road where a wait it. Also complimentary free coffee is appreciated. One more bench for smokers

The location is central to all of the places you need to go in Rhode Island. The staff members weren't very friendly, not really helpful. One lady was extremely rude.

The view and staff were great! The bathroom privacy, the farm style door had a crack in it not making it very private.

Nice location across from the promenade and (pinch me) next to the Narragansett Brewery! Ez parking. Small lounge with convenient food and friendly staff. Clean rooms.
