Had a good stay here, housekeeping staff walked in the room at 8:30am for some reason

Great room for a night, good location, comfortable beds

The hotel was in a great location across from a nice park and the river. It was clean and the restaurant/bar had a nice outdoor area to sit, Parking was plentiful and free!

It was fine - used it to be close to running event start line

The location had a beautiful view of the water and there was a park to walk in right across the street

Staff were very helpful and courteous. Miss Lisa the General Manager did a great job to make me feel welcomed. Highly recommend and would happily stay there again.

I have been to grander Hilton’s but this one had everything we needed and super friendly, helpful staff. Nice quiet rooms and a great view. The sofa bed was very basic and uncomfortable, but that’s all I would fault!

The location. Only wish you had a cafe to sell a bagel /muffin separately. didn;t want to $12.95 for a bagel.

My pillows sucked

Clean room, front desk for check in was nice. Room was cool when we arrived. Check out was quick and easy. The bike path and water front was a nice easy, close walk. Parking was a little confusing at first. The view from our bedroom was the garbage area for the restaurant next door. There wasn't much communication with the staff regarding the area. The location was a little farther from downtown, or a little less convenient than it looked, but wasn't terrible. It's a 35-40 min walk to downtown. Not many amenities were around the close area besides the restaurant.

Clean rooms and the lovely breakfast

My room was clean and comfortable, with a glorious view of the park and the Bay; once I was settled in I relaxed with a glass of wine and watched families pushing little kids in strollers, lovers walking hand in hand, and a guy sitting on the grass playing a guitar, as the sun set over the water and sailboats headed in to the dock. The Narragansett Brewery next door was full of a happy crowd of people.

Over all I had a very setisfying experience at the hotel.👌😊

Serviceable hotel close to the interstate and with ample parking. All in my party had trouble connecting to the WiFi with anything other than smart phones. Breakfast service was brusque and unwelcoming. Will do in a pinch but there are better choices at that price point.

Check-in was a bit of a problem as someone was unexpectedly in my room, maybe didn't check out when they were supposed to be I t room appeared to be booked to me in system. Some noise I. The evening from guests on the floor. Should be quiet rules after midnight or 1am. Otherwise, clean and comfortable and housekeeping excellent
