I did not see any staff during my four-night stay. There was also a loud motor running throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep. My room was clean when I arrived, but no one came to clean the room or provide housekeeping service at any point during my four-night stay.

The only one thing that is good about this hostel is location. It is located on the busy street in the heart of college area. Everything is dirty/ poorly maintained, I had a water dripping from the ceiling after light rain. Walls, ceiling, showers, bed linen, everything was old / stained/ not working well. Pay attention, that they ask for your ID picture to be sent to their email or phone number for "verification". I exposedy personal information and realized it too late. No early bags drop off option. They also "forgot" to refund a $100 security deposit. Try to avoid this place.

Property smelled of weed, sheets were stained and bathrooms very dirty, Moved out after first night and did not stay the second night,

Just know you are getting what you pay for…the shared bathrooms didn’t have restocked toilet paper and only a main roll outside the toilets which eventually ran out. Bring your own wipes! The property itself is dirty and the only clean thing in my room was the bed. If you want a luxury experience just pay more for a hotel. If you are okay with saving money for a lesser experience then this might be right for you. On the bright side the area felt safe which would have been a main concern for me. Safe Travels!

Also, so much noise outside until well past midnight
-
staff is scamming you

Where it was located The staff was very rude and they love to be very smuggy. It says it provides services it don’t provide which is another reason it was sucky.

There was nothing good about this place. I would not stay here again. The property did not feel safe, especially since there were no staff or personnel on-site if assistance was needed. The bathroom was in poor condition. The stall doors would not close or lock properly, there was no hand soap available, and the toilet paper was stored outside the bathroom stalls, which was very inconvenient. Parking was also a major challenge. There is only street parking on a busy college street lined with restaurants that stay open until around 1:00 a.m., making it very difficult to find a space. Overnight parking on public streets is prohibited from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. due to a city ordinance, and the closest parking garage is about a half-mile away. The room itself was not well maintained. There were stains on the furniture and bedding, and the window air conditioner did not fit the window properly, leaving open gaps on both sides. This not only made the room feel less secure but also allowed outside noise to come in. There were vehicles driving up and down the street blaring their music/bass, motorclyles and cars reving engines and peeling out. Overall, this property did not meet my expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or safety.

Bumped here on short notice because of a problem with my original booking that was never explained. No toilet paper. Debris in the hallway. Took two months to get my $100 deposit back.

bathroom is common, outside. Very difficult check- in The other occupants were creating problems, shouting, screaming running, gathering in restroom. Kitchen was dirty . Common sitting space is not clean . My overall experience is not good.

I wanted to stay another night

Instructions were helpful in locating the building door. Lighting inside was a bit dim. Room was clean & comfortable. Window AC unit was helpful in cooling off the room. Communal bathroom was much bigger than expected & well-maintained. Conveniently located near Brown University campus where there was easy to find street parking that was available on the weekend.

1- Only one thermostat for at least 5 rooms so you can can not fix your room temperature at your confort. 2- One commercial men bathroom and one commercial women bathroom all the way in the other aisle of the residence. 3- Internet sucks. 4- Tv sucks… The door code system are up to date.
