Unclean and they don’t have AC for summer time. Furnitures are very very low quality and bedding sets was unclean. Floor looks very dirty.

Te location was great - it was close to many restaurants, and the price was a good value.

Given 4PM check in time. Got code at 5:15PM after 4 contacts, being told "it was just a moment", sent my selfie with ID twice...check-in sucked. Room deposit was a surprise (in listing?). Room is cheap and looked beat up, but clean. TV didn't work.

Everything. It's centrally located in a very safe area. Close proximity to dining.retail businesses, connections to.major highways. Simplicity with the reservation and check in process. Any customer service request or issue I have had are handled by Stefano he has never not provided anything less than satisfactory results always in a concerned, prompt and courteous attitude I haven't found one yet

If you are into dorm living, this had a shared kitchen and living area. Bed was comfortable and clean. Apparently the neighborhood is hopping during the afternoon (and evening, I presume). Definitely a young college scene area. If you're looking for a dorm room, this is the place (altho I've seen much nicer dorms). I arrived very late, so had no choice of whether or not to stay. The room was dreadful, with a shared community bathroom (mens and women's separate). The furniture looked like rejects from the Goodwill. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Woke up early, got my bags and didn't even stay the 2nd night.

Great stay

Stuff was amazing and very helpful!!! Thank you Stefano for your always responds! The building is so nice, the space of rooms perfect. I felt so bad that I found not clean sheets. It doesn’t cost much to do that. Also the carpet on the ground had a big stain. A carpet at IKEA cost $50. Also room smells like weed. Maybe people weren’t smoking but walls and fabric got the smell so fresh paint would help you guys. Is such a great property and is sad for loosing points only for small things.

Given the low price of this dormitory style, I I don’t want to come across as too harsh. It was fine, but the common bathroom area was pretty gross and not very well maintained. the urinal was out of order and it was a bit messy and obvious that no one was on site to take care except on occasion. It’s a great very no-frills option if you need to be in the Brown university area, but if you’re skittish about cleanliness, you’re probably need another choice.

I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this place but if you need somewhere cheap in a good location this is it. It felt like I was staying in a dated dorm room. It’s close to many restaurants and Brown University, however there was noise from the street at all hours. Check in was a little odd, I had to follow up several times to make sure everything was ready to go before my arrival. They require you to pay a security deposit and upload a selfie of you holding your ID. Once you do both those things only then will they share the check in instructions with you, which I also had to follow up on. Overall it worked for the few days I visited the area but I doubt I’ll be back.

Spacious room right next to the Brown bookstore and my daughter's dorm. Stefano was very helpful when I couldn't locate it.
