Everything was fine

Great place and super convenient to highway and town! Staff were super helpful and friendly. The only complaint is the road noise was loud, the main road outside the hotel is very heavily trafficked, also the hospital next door doesn’t help. The staff was nice enough to give ear plugs in preparation though, which was great!

Exceptional

The bedding quilt was not clean, had black foot marks on the white. Took my socks off walked around the room a few times and when in I got in bed my feet were black. The appeared to be "something" brown in color on floor between toilet and shower. Our door lock was broken and the only way to get into our room was to walk down and get a staff to come, use a key to open our room.

The room was updated and extremely clean, only issue I can write about is the road out front is noisy with cars and sirens from police or 1st responders. They do tell you this at front desk and offer ear plugs . The staff was very nice

Room was clean. Staff was helpful until they didn't acknowledge my late checkout & kept knocking on my door even though the do not disturb sign was hanging on the door knob outside. Was nice to be able to park right outside our door. Now after our stay... I was under the impression $100 deposit put on a credit card would be returned immediately and I'm still waiting days later. Now I'm being told it can take up to 10 business days that's not cool. I offered to pay the deposit in cash so I could get it back right away that was not an option. So needless to say I'm a little bummed with that part of the transaction.

We did not get the room we booked and paid for they switched rooms and not even tell us. It was so loud. We couldn’t sleep the wonderful girl at the desk said she was gonna recommend that they credited us to full amount and the manager would call me. It’s been over two weeks and I’ve heard nothing and I’ve called twice. Would never stay there again.

There were many, first windows did not lock, paint and stucco were falling off walls, room was set as if it had been cleaned but lararia was left in bathroom, red drips on toilet seat, door had no dead bolt, beds had hair and dirty sheets there's more...

Housekeeping brought up towels fairly quickly. The PRICE, LOCATION, DIRTY(GREASY) floors. VERY LOUD

This place is so noisy they give you free earplugs at the front desk. We could hear people outside on the ground level like they were right outside our door. This road has a ton of traffic and is located near a hospital, so that includes sirens. It does have some recent upgrades (floor, paint, tile, etc) but not enough reason to make us stay there again. No room service for a three night stay. Pleasant staff at check-in.

Clean, but TV wasn’t working most of the time. We still had a good time.

Beds were pretty terrible but could have been tolerated if the windows werent so bad. Checked twice in the night because it was so loud, we were convinced the window was open and then somehow had opened for the second check. Unbelievably loud. Never left a motel/hotel review (except the one time I was offered 10% off to do so) and otherwise pretty tolerable of economy motel/hotel shortcomings.

Place needs work. First of all noisy as hell all night with the road way. Shower liquids mounted right where you bang in to them not opposite the shower head wall. Door to outside not seal to weather at all. Ac runs all the time with visible light around door 130. Room was tiny and not worth $164.
