Motel Puyallup

Water was shut off in the early morning and we were late to our appointment, because we were not told that water would be shut off. Coffee maker in room was broken. The room was never cleaned, garbage, new towels etc. for our 5 day stay. We were not told there was no room care. The so called breakfast was never available until after 730. We were charged $80 for pets a day. Which was not stated anywhere, but we had no choice, there also were no floor level rooms for people with pets... Which is really unbelievable. I have a health issue and stairs are very bad for me & hard on me. I had sent hotel requests for floor room. Again there was nothing else available to pet owners with handicaps.

Next trip I will pay more and not stay here.

and she would only give me two and we were there for 2 days. They advertise free breakfast but it is barely adequate to no protein

Place was a shot hole

First time there. Check in was smooth. Great room for price. Would book again.

The place is good if you want a cheaper motel that provides the minimal needs. Only thing that could improve is the insulation. I could hear everything going on outside. If you wake easily from sound, choose a different motel. Overall, the experience was good. No issues other than the sound from the road and neighbors.

Very clean

I visited my stepdaughter and her family who have a house in Graham WA. We dined at restaurants in the area. Took in a baseball game in Tacoma. And we took the train to Seattle and watched the SF Giants play the Mariners. I had a great time. The complimentary variety of food in the mornings really hit the spot and added to the value of my stay. I'd stay at Motel Puyallup if I ever come this way again. My room was upstairs. I requested a room on the ground floor but couldn't get it. My room needed a table or desk so I could sit, read, write, and eat comfortably. Aside from that, I had a great stay. Thank you.

I stay here for work once a year and it is excellent. Very comfortable, affordable and in a good location. Quick access to the fairgrounds and the freeway.

Chill AC, easy peasy

Great location and the breakfast exceed our expectations. Room was clean and adequate. The amount of road noise was not great.

The room was plenty clean and comfy but not very updated or fancy. We got in after midnight and they were super nice and accommodating. Our only complaints were that the beds had plastic on the mattress and it was crinkly and sounded like sleeping on a shower curtain and the walls are super thin and we could hear every conversation had by the people next door at 2 in the morning.

Its a simple clean motel in a good location. Very affordable.
