Motel Puyallup

Bathroom door had patches. Looked like someone had put holes in it.

They also initially charged our room 120.00 for a pet even though we didn’t have a pet. They rectified it but not sure how that happened.

Very unfriendly staff.

The outlets were stripped, the floors were dirty, they didn’t clean the room one time in my four day stay. You have to request towels during business hours. The key to the room stopped working after one day. You definitely get what you pay for here. The owner did refund me for one day, but I should’ve left when I checked in.

The room was clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast is a a grab and go But the second morning we did not get anything. Staff were not able to put anything else out. Will stay there again because it was clean and walking distance to fair grounds. We will bring our own breakfast

The room was clean and the air conditioner worked very well. It was nice and quiet.

The air conditioning was fine, easy to use, quiet. The bathroom sink had hot water coming from both valves, no cold.

Amazing staff clean rooms

Very basic motel rooms. Not quiet on road side due to hospital across the street. Grab and go breakfast failed. First morning basically nothing left by 8:15am. Staff stated nothing more would be put out for anymore customers. Second day, at 7:15 absolutely nothing was put out for breakfast. The staff member arrived shortly thereafter to "load" the food products. There seemed to be no urgency. Although we have stayed here previously, we were very disappointed this time.

The motel met our needs. Clean rooms.

Don’t do it… room smelled funky, wasn’t very clean.. we won’t be coming back

The only issue was of how small the rooms are. Other than that, everything was fine. But the motel rooms are really tiny.

The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The manager's attitude only got worse from there. When we reported that our TV wasn't working, he acted like we were inconveniencing him. My 20-year-old son was simply checking behind the TV to see if a cable had come loose, and the manager snapped at him, telling him not to touch anything. We ultimately had to be moved to another room. Housekeeping repeatedly knocked loudly until I answered the door. At checkout around 3:30 a.m., the office was locked, and the front desk employee appeared to be asleep with music or a podcast playing. After trying to wake her, I had to slide our key cards through a gap in the window before leaving for the airport. The "continental breakfast" was also disappointing—it was more like a kindergarten snack than a breakfast. I'd gladly pay an extra $20 a night to stay somewhere else. Poor customer service made this a very disappointing stay

When renting the kitchenette know there are no pans, no silverware, no plates, no cups. One must bring everything. The refrigerator is dorm size without a freezer section. Very small stove but adequate.

Staff was friendly and helpful. But the motel is old and could use a little updating, refresh.

Like I said, the stay was fine. If you are just looking for a place to lay down at night it will do the trick. If you are picky or looking for nice amenities, you probably won’t like it.
