Great time with family

Room was good. I got a $1,200 door ding from another customer in the parking lot. Not the hotels fault but a bummer

Very clean hotel. The indoor pool and hot tub area is very clean. Nice breakfast.

The staff were very friendly!

The front desk personnel are very kind, helpful and efficient. We also appreciated the Suites spaciousness and its amazing shower process (especially for someone with some difficulty walking). We also enjoyed the breakfast options.

Grate in all areas

I liked that the waffles were already made Some biscuits and gravy would have been nice

The pillows are super soft. Firmer pillows option would be nice.

Breakfast down in the lobby was also really great too. The options and food choices were superb. Definitely will be back in the future.

Cleanest hotel I ever been to, never had any issues. Been going almost every year depending on events. By far my favorite hotel in Puyallup.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, very helpful. Pool/hot tub area nice and relaxing. Breakfast was what you expect, but better than average. Staff was really nice, even let us hang out in the lobby and play cards for several hours, and check in was super smooth.
