My wife and I have stayed at Hampton several times and always found them to be good properties for the price. This property didn’t disappoint. Minor complaints: parking lot very tight for full size vehicles, low toilet height with nothing to use to assist (not really ready for an accessible room), and toilet paper holder set back difficult to reach. Staff was friendly and courteous. Grab and go breakfast bags were appreciated. We have no problem recommending this property.

Great location , easy access to all points.

The staff and the facility was very nice and clean. The parking in the parking lot was tough at times. Breakfast items were cold, waffle mix was empty as well as both coffee pots were empty. That was a little disappointing, but overall it was a good stay.

alll was great until one elevator broke down and we had to wait forever to get our bags out.

Issue with the TV not working at all. Called front desk. They asked me if I was a gold member of Hilton and in return I said I wasn’t, they came to my room and there was nothing they can do. I ask about a discount on the room due to that I never get a return call or was acknowledged about anything. Because I was not a gold member I feel I was discriminated upon and will not stay at this location again I was a paying customer that was discriminated due to my not being a member. No credit on room and no return call. I do not recommend this property to anyone.

This hotel is conveniently located. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast. The only down side is the ambulance sirens to/from the hospital up the hill.

Pleasant stay and courteous staff

I stayed in this hotel for 5-night, not once the room was cleaned, I asked the receptionist if someone could please clean the room, no one cleaned it. Very desaponted!

Property is well maintained in a busy area. Room was clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet for the area. The staff was amazing and helped resolve an issue with a guest in an adjacent room with a dog that barked non-stop while they were out and left it in the room.

Mattress was hard and caused my husband and I to be sore—sore shoulders and back. Otherwise, beautiful room and courteous staff.

Really loud and a few barking dogs. Walls are super thin. Shower head doesn’t really move and sprays into the wall, pretty awkward shower. Everything else was pretty nice but got little sleep

The only complaint was parking, it was a busy time but it was competitive to get a parking spot in the evening. Staff didn't seem to have a solution to it.

Great staff, nice location, rooms nice and clean, clean bathroom with a great walking shower.
