Everything is great, except there is no kettle

The breakfast was great, but didn't realize that it ended at 9am on weekdays. The hotel was beautiful and next to the mall. Plenty of parking, easy to find and you have to request a view of Mount Rainer!

It was great but we missed breakfast. We thought it was until 10am but ended at 0900

Really enjoyed our two night stay here and will be our ‘go to’ brand in future. Lots of amenities, very modern and spacious rooms, good gym and pool area. Close to lots of shops and food outlets. We picked the location as a central point to visit Mount rainier and downtown Seattle. Would highly recommend!

The gentleman that was at the front desk was extremely kind hospitable amazing attention to detail new. All of the guests by name was friendly, and accommodating, truly made the experience.

The room was comfortable and front desk staff nice. Breakfast was outstanding. I know we reserved a pet friendly room however the room smelled like dogs bad. It was choking me.

We had the 2 bedroom suite and it was spacious, clean and modern. Loved it!

Clean and located near restaurants .Staff were very helpful and checking on our stay. Breakfast is good .

Wonderful staff and stay!

We booked two rooms. One was not cleaned by housekeeping. It had stinky bedsheets, and there were shoes left by previous guests. It had no toilet paper or paper towels.

Great breakfast, friendly desk staff, and spacious room was comfortable. Cleaning of the room and restocking was haphazard at best. A good location overall.

The only trash cans we found was one in one of the bathrooms and one under kitchen. So it could use more trash cans for a two bedroom suite. From the living room window you see beautiful view of Mt Rainier, the reason why we were dead tired. Brought up the issues we saw at check out and manager Dominic was great about it. Good enough that we would go back again. Nice location with decent shopping and restaurant choices. The hotel buffet is missing my favorite omelette bar but the food is good enough.
