Homewood Suites By Hilton Puyallup Tacoma

Very good

Clean, comfortable bed, newer feeling.

Very poor

Superb

Breakfast had a lot of options even at 9:30. It was nice to have a server there over looking everything and answering questions.

Location is good with easy access to downtown Puyallup. Do not book this place through a third party site. We were traveling here for a family wedding. When we arrived to check in, we were informed that our reservation had been "canceled" and that the hotel was full. However, they said they "could get us a room, but we had to book it directly through the hotel". The rate was higher than what we got through booking.com, but we had no choice but to re-book. Later, we discovered that the same thing had happened to two other couples in our group who had booked through other third party sites. This appears to be a scam. You book you room, only for them to cancel just before you arrive, then rebook at 10-20% higher. Really shocking for a Hilton property, particularly since we are long-time Hilton awards members.

Exceptional

The kitchenette in the rooms is amazingly helpful. They also have BBQ’s for people to use. And it’s next door to the mall. Plus the manager that was on duty was the nicest most helpful hotel manager I’ve ever seen

We had a wonderful stay! Ken at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Erma, the cook, did a great job, and the housekeeping staff kept everything clean and comfortable. Thank you all for your excellent service and hospitality. We truly appreciate you making our stay enjoyable!

Conveniently located close to multiple restaurants. Well maintained and very welcoming environment Na

When I checked in, I found someone's water bottle in the fridge and dirty dishes in the dish washer. Housekeeping needs to clean and check the room thoroughly.

Good location, easy check-in with friendly staff.

Disappointing

Room was clean, breakfast was great and well stocked, and staff was accommodating.

The property is very clean and spacious. It is conveniently adjacent to a mall. The staff was always pleasant. They provide a very fresh buffet breakfast with many options. It would be helpful if hot items were identified with tags to tell what they are. i.e. “chicken, pork, corn or flour tortillas”.

This place was perfect. My family loved it, we stayed in the

The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious and everything went so great. Thank you.
