By far the nicest hotel we’ve stayed in lately. Everything was clean, tasteful, and the room was very nicely appointed with a kitchenette, living room, and accessible bathroom. The pools was sparkling clean and the gym was brand new. Breakfast blew us away with the variety and freshness of everything. We have added this to our preferred hotels going forward anytime we are in the south sound area!

Loved the breakfast burrito bar!! Kind and helpful staff. A first floor room for ease with a wheelchair. Beautiful property!

The hotel was very clean! The staff was very courtesy and a pleasure to deal with. Loved that my room was made up everyday. WiFi could have worked a little better but I understand the struggles with that.

Quality bed linens Quality Service The shower head could have been better with water volume and power. It was difficult to wash/rinse long thick hair.

Room was beautiful. Breakfast was nice but crowded. Pool was nice. Front desk staff were really nice.

Continental breakfast is good, indoor pool is great for kids and the location is central for Tacoma and Puyallup, right near the highway entrance.

I will say - I was initially a bit uneasy because when had to park my car at the back of the building as the lot in the front was full but I saw security vehicles driving around constantly and so then I felt very safe! Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be staying here the next time I have a work event in the area. :)
