Room was very clean, and spacious

The hotel was clean, overall. The bathroom floor was discolored/stained in our suite. Also, the coffee was expired in our room. The staff was nice. The location is great.

The room I was given at first had someone else's things in it and their Cheesecake Factory trash. I asked for a different room. The inside of the rooms are nicer than the outside and the hallways. The place could use some refurbishing.

Candlewood, really great place to stay. I will stay again on my next trip to Raleigh. I recommend it highly for its cleanliness, supportive staff, no smoking, no pets, etc. I hope they keep up the good work and excellent customer service.

The property sits on beautiful grounds--looks like a park. Friendly registration desk staff. Spacious room with well-equipped full kitchen.

Rooms had Roaches very nasty

Weird musty smell all around the hotel including the rooms. Everything felt dark and dated. Parking was hard in the evenings. Lobby is cramped

Craig was amazing. Very knowledgeable friendly and funny. I’ll def recommend this location to my friends and family! I’ll be back also

We didn’t want to leave! In fact we extended our stay for one additional night since we loved it so much! Both Craig’s and Ray at the front desk, the housekeepers, free washer and dryer, so much greatness!! We will be BACK!

The room was okay, we did not use kitchen because we stayed 1 night. The location of hotel was far from restaurants but close to highway.

It was an amazing stay for my wife and I. Only thing I did not like was the hang out area due to having certain individuals partaking in smoking weed to close to the entrance way heading to the second floor. Other than that everything else including the staff it was excellent definitely recommend it.
