Clean and safe. Friendly staff. Close to the venue we went to.

The room is clean and actually has a kitchen inside. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a mall across the street. The facilities are a little old, but it's acceptable.

My favorite place to stay in Raleigh. I only wish they were available a few days later when we were looking for another room. The rooms are amazing.

Staff was great! Hotel needs a deep clean in some areas including the stairwell carpets. Room needs a deep clean including the furniture. Some PM needed. Overall it was a good stay. Great location to our medical appointments at Rex.

The staff is very friendly and very willing to help and available!!! They even recognized me from a previous stay 😊!! The location is good too!! Several secure entrances that make it easier to get to your room and this large hotel!! I go to Raleigh often to visit my son and this is a place I stay often and will plan to stay for future visits!!

Clean and bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly. There was a smell in the hotel that was not pleasant as well as the rooms. The bathtub floor was really unpleasant. Stained and chipped, need to remodel the bathtubs. Tear out carpets also, huge improvement.

So I booked this hotel for a few reasons. The local to the Carter-Finley Stadium, restaurants near, space to work remotely, safe and clean and last based off of the reviews and the website photos. Let's start with location from the venue, was great. Restaurants near great, space yes however the hotel is very dated and can use a fresh coat of paint in the rooms . They need to update the decor and add some bright colors, room just dark and sad looking. Please get new window shade smh. The water pressure was ridiculous 🙄, barely coming out. Safe that is questionable just like the quest that were staying at the hotel. We walked into the building with a women with her belongings in a basket sitting on the stairs looking like she was kicked out or something. Just so random . Maybe when people post reviews and talk about how great and clean this place is ,must be based off thier hotel experience and preferences. Maybe a different level of standard, not sure but its a no for me . I will stick to brands I know . Last time with this hotel chain. Stick to what I know .

Stayed for a couple days and the grounds were pretty well maintained, rooms were clean and nothing too crazy as far as feeling unsafe

All went well for our 1night stay! The hotel is in the close proximity with shopping and dining area-Crabtree Valley Mall, closed to the supermarket area as well.
