California Inn & Suites Rancho Cordova - Sacramento

We did not stay. The lights didnt work. There were roaches running around. The tables had graffiti written all over it.

Room smelled like smoke Cigarette burn on comforter Hole in wall behind towels in bathroom Bad reception on TV or screen itself is warped. Freezer does not work Vomit at the bottom of the staircase Tiny bar of soap at the sink. No other toiletries We would have left if we weren’t beyond exhausted from loading our moving truck. I told the front desk about the items above & all they was ‘I’m sorry, there’s nothing I can do about it! The ONLY thing good about this place was leaving!! Stay away!!

One shower towel no shower towel no hand I am use one. So that it motel are good that all want to said

The room was very dirty, thier was roaches in the room and I had my 3 kids and the ac was not working the way it supposed to to be… I would definitely not recommend this to anyone..

There were cockroaches and when we told the staff they accused us of lying so we left and didn't stay the last day.

The ac was broken the lights didnt work the TV didnt work toilet wasnt working The sheets were dirty pillows were brown The door was broken didnt shut I would not recommend this hotel absolutely disgusting

Room only had hot water running, tv remote didn’t work so couldn’t watch tv, most of the lights didn’t work, smoke detector wasn’t connected, and room had cockroaches

The sink only dispensed scolding hot water. No phone inside the room. The remote to the tv didn’t work so no tv. The worst thing above everything though was cockroaches. The room was infested and our pizza was ruined by several roaches that came out with our lights being dimmed.

My stay was safe and even though I had to extend my stay twice the staff made it very easy. I work in california often and when I stay in Rancho I usually stay at Cali inn. The neighborhood is a little rough but the hotel was good

Room was clean but very worn. There was unfinished walls where attempted dry wall repairs were made. Lock was broken on door.

Spending $80 to sleep with cockroaches. I've stayed at the Motel 6 across the street multiple times. Never saw a single cockroach. Not one.

Do not book here its nasty it have roaches the bed the covers are nasty worse place I've been with my kids

My room with my minor son was bad. Smell cigarettes, the wall was bad, and the bathroom curtain has baby cockroaches. I called the front office and complained about the concerns I had, and she told us to come back to the front office with all of our stuff so she could give us a different room. While walking back to the lobby on the ground area in the middle of the building, it has a lot of cigarette butt and has a sign of no smoking in this area. I won't ever come back to this hotel.

Rooms were not to clean there were Roches in our room, and we had to asked the front desk for our rooms to be cleaned because mo one came all day to clean, we ran out of toilet paper and needed clean towels.
