Don’t recommend staying here with kids.

Ther was bed bugs and blood spots all over bed rats garbage and not very clean rooms are damage and invested with roaches Nothing the lady was very rude dident care about my experience and only wanted to charge more they was charging over 250 on rooms that are not ok to stay in health hazard

Ratchet. Literal crackheads approximately 3-4 surrounding the property. Front desk, face tat lady, was rude, unwelcoming, dismissive. Fire alarm was removed… I have videos to prove it. Room smelled like smoke in a non smoking room. Didn’t feel safe. Had to find another hotel. Booked for two nights. Safety was a major concern. Pay the extra $30/40 at another hotel… trust me.

Very unsafe feeling, my room had no fridge and lots of wholes in the room and even the shower, and also majority of our lights didn’t work

No coffee pot

Don’t worth to for unless you have to.

Staff is great oh just make sure the remote works for the tv 😀

Everyone minds their respective business unless you do too much but thats expected ,friendly,on point staff ,I forget so many names but the front desk always has someone that treats all guests with respect and Jay with a Y ,on point,you will not get the same "love" anywhere else i promise you P.S. IVE SEEN ALL STAFF DEALING WITH RUDE ,NEGATIVE GUESTS AND IM AMAZED AT THEIR GRACE,PROFESSIONALISM AND POKER FACES WHILE DOING THE BEST THEY CAN,THEY WILL ACCOMMODATE THE HECK OUTTA PPL AND THEY STILL BE UNGRATEFUL N COMPLAIN ... IF YOU HAVE A ROOF OVER YOU AND GOD WOKE YOU UP,BE GRATEFUL AND HUMBLE,OBVIOUSLY I WORKED AT A HOTEL BEFORE, A BOUGIE ONE TOO NO LESS THAN 250 A NIGHT FOR THE SMALLEST ROOM,W TOWELS ON EVERY FLOOR, AND EVEN THEN, SOMETIMES THE LAUNDRY LADY DIDN'T MAKE IT IN OR THE WASHER BROKE. OR THE ORDER FOR TOWELS IS LATE. OH, OR SOMETIMES THE PERSON IN THE FRONT OF THE HOTEL BEHIND THE DESK DOESN'T FEEL LIKE GETTIN UP ,BOO HOO BTW HOUSEKEEPERS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE MORNING AND CAN GET YOU LINENS. DONT GET ON HERE COMPLAINING BECAUSE YOU DIDNT THINK ABOUT TOWELS TIL THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT,THIS IS A LESS EXPENSIVE HOTEL SO WHEN YOU DO YOUR REVIEW DONT REVIEW IT LIKE YOU PAID YOU PAID HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR YOUR ROOM AND ITS NOT UP TO YOUR STANDARDS,YOU KNOW WHAT YOU PAID FOR ,BESIDES TOWELS ARE EXPENSIVE AND PPL STEAL THEM ALLLLLLL THE TIME,JUST BRING YOUR OWN.CHAMPAIGN TASTE ON A BEER BUDGET.

Nasty horrible and filthy.garbage everywhere and a strange man enter my room.late in the night and the management did nothing at all!I should sue! Everything. Nasty infested with roaches no working sink and no television remotes and front door didn't even lock

Clean, comfortable and helpful No refrigerator

This place was terrible. There was holes in the wall. There was stains all over the doors and walls. I can’t count how many cockroaches I seen scatter when I turned on the lights let alone while the lights were still on how many cockroaches there was I could smell them please don’t ever go to this motel. It looks nothing like the pictures. It’s sad. It’s so gross. there was people fighting outside my door, screaming chasing each other saying oh knock me out. Some guy even told me hey take your kid inside because this lady is mad and she’s not fun when she’s mad all hours of the night noise. It was terrible. The door to the bathroom was off the tracks in fact there was no tracks to put the door onto. I had to drag it and I was on the third floor. Imagine how loud that was every time I use the restroom no remote for the TV again if I could never go there again or take this back, I would in a heartbeat because it’s almost more traumatizing than it’s worth the fair price that they didn’t give

Room did not look like it had been cleaned and bedbugs were found. When brought to staffs attention nothing was done and I was never able to get a refund.

The chick in was good, friendly staff. Its nice they had a gated parking. But the pool wasnt very clean. The room wasnt clean. The pictures looked way nicer than the actual room. Including the shower head, it showed a nice tall one in the picture, but the water barely hit my chest & im 5'11".. so imagine my 6'6" husband showering... we were laughing our butts off but.... not cool.

This is the worst place you can stay at. I drove 6 hrs with my 3 kids 1,4,13 and my husband. We arrived late at 10pm just wanting to rest. We checked in very smooth and quick. We walked in the room we got the strongest sting of cigarettes. TV did not work. The bathroom was disgusting. Toilet seat was broken walls were black. Pool was not even working. The pictures of advertisements were nowhere near the look of the room. NEVER EVER BOOKING HERE. We all ended up checking out 15 min after and got a different hotel.
