Ridiculous that they’re able to overbook and cancel my hotel even though I paid 5 days ahead of time. Says they can’t contact me despite my phone number being filled in from Expedia and they were unwilling to go to to their sister hotel to comp the stay that they were trying to move me to. Terrible experience.

I stayed for one night to watch a sporting event the following morning. Front desk check-in was fast and welcoming with a bottle of water and a small snack. Very friendly people work there. Room was going with strong AC and bed was very comfortable. Easily could’ve slept two more people in the fold out queen couch. Kitchenette was well equipped even though we didn’t really use anything but the fridge to keep drinks cold. The three minute drive from the property to Starbucks the next morning was helpful before the sporting event, as we ordered to-go travelers for the spectators of the sporting event. Came back to enjoy a peaceful and satisfying buffet breakfast in a clean and updated dining area and then checked out.

The customer service was the best. Thanks to the ladies in the front desk for making me feel like a queen. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. This will be my to go place everytime I visit Sacramento.

My bathroom floor was visibly dirty when I arrived and I asked to have it cleaned the next morning. They brought in clean towels but did not clean the bathroom.

Staff was amazing Heated pool was cold our entire 7 day stay and that was the reason we choose this hotel, daughter barely swam
