Residence Inn by Marriott Sacramento Rancho Cordova

Everything was great except the floor in the kitchen area was sticky. Maybe they forgot to mop it or didn’t mop it well enough. The sticky floor in the kitchen area

The little thing that was not ok for me is the pool can take more attention, just cause the floor in the pool was dirty oh and put a taller and wider nets on the basquetball court to prevent accidents with the cars parking around

Room stuck like dog urine. Terrible, do not stay here. Not recommended!! Customer service was bad and did not want to accommodate us.

The grounds were immaculate. Then, the staff, under Lea's supervision, was friendly and helpful. There was a wonderful feel of "family". The Suite room was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing. The entire stay could not have been nicer.

Pleasant

Location was conveniently located and felt safe. My room (119) windows directly faced the fire pit/grill area and both nights had several people from small children to adults talking, laughing, screaming loudly until midnight.

Staff friendly at check in.

Friendly & professional front desk clerks, hot breakfast, complimentary water and Rice Krispy treats

Upon entering our suite, there was a strong odor of cigarette smoke. One of the bathroom shelves was practically falling out the wall. We could not log into the internet our entire stay. This free amenity was part of the reason I chose this property.

I love Residence Inn, and I look for it every time I travel. This was one of the best locations I've stayed at: Comfortable, clean, spacious room, very kind and helpful staff. Good amenities nearby, including Slice House pizza (do yourself a favor and try it) and many other stores and restaurants. I was traveling for business so it was nice to have a good desk space and comfortable chair. I take good care of my car so parking is always important to me, and the parking lot was spacious and adequate. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was perfect for our needs. Everything was immaculate and well maintained. Only drawback, close to freeway so road noise was something you have to get used to.

Nice area and breakfast is very good.

Very nice place to stay, close to restaurants. Breakfast was delicious!

The pool didn’t work
