Breakfast not very good

Had problems with my reservation. Got charged for two rooms when there was one person and I only needed one room. The coffee pot didn’t work and there was somebody drilling hammering in the room next to me. The bed was hard. The continental breakfast was perfect. The air-conditioning was perfect. I found it lacked in lighting. I thought it would be handicap accessible, but there were no bars to get up and down in the bathroom. I asked if I would stay again probably not. It was convenient to get to.

Not as clean and maintained as it used to be. We asked two times for our room to be serviced and it didn’t get checked on so we had no clean towels and toilet paper due to a “mix up” the cleaners had. Had to ask again myself in the lobby in order to get some. It was an okay stay was kinda disappointed this year!

We have stayed at plenty of Hamptons this looked like the forgotten Hampton. Would not recommend staying here if you like to stay in a clean environment.

The location was convenient and being on the bottom floor with our little dog helped a lot! The amenities were plentiful and coffee was served all day!! The morning staff didn't have breakfast completely ready the first morning but it's ok.

Staff was great! From the moment of check in, to breakfast, and even check out staff was attentive and professional. A great way to start a wonderful weekend!

Good breakfast. Good location The people above my room. They were walking back & forth in there room with cement shoes. Meaning they walked really heavy and it went for an hour. It was about 1030 pm. It was no fault to the hotel.

I loved everything about this place and faculties were awesome! Employees where very helpful Annie was great she helped us with everything and was overall great! Didn’t really have anything I didn’t like

One of my favorite things about this hotel is the location. Everything you could possibly need is nearby, including plenty of food options, gas stations, Ross, Marshalls, and Costco just a short drive away. The hotel is also conveniently located right off the freeway, which makes getting around very easy. Even with the convenient freeway access and everything nearby, I found the area to be surprisingly quiet and peaceful. That’s something I really appreciate when traveling. I’ve had a positive experience staying here more than once and would definitely choose this location again when I’m in the Rancho Cordova area.
