Get to the breakfast buffet early! Great variety and packed! Very new and clean. Only stayed one night. Rooms looked nice. Comfy beds. Rooms have microwave and fridge.

They need to clean the toilet bowl between guests. Also, extra 15.00 for parking was a surprise.

The stay was good until they charged me 250 dollars and accused me of smoking in the room. I left tobacco trimmings in a bag. That’s all; I did not smoke in the hotel at all. They said “well the room smelled and we have proof” i told them you have proof i smoked outside if you look at your cameras. The lady refused to her me out. She was the person in charge. She said the room smelled like tobacco and I told her I don’t even smoke cigarettes. Horrible customer service.

glad there was a walking to some restaurants and stores..but summertime fairly warmer to walk ...but get your walking done early morning! front office staff very pleasant...breakfast staff also very friendly and helpful. a few things about the room ...lighting was very dark...could have use a floor lamp in bed area..bathroom sink very looking stylish but where facet in the corner of sink,....did not work well...water all over sink area...got some of our things wet...and had to use a small towel in front of sink..so you wouldn't get water on you!..did have a slight smell in bathroom...so had to keep fan on..to air out ?..also the bathroom could use a face mirror for putting on makeup and such? LMiddlesworth

The pillows. They were not comfortable. Too soft and flat. Next time I will bring a pillow from home.

Loved the breakfast and the staff was wonderful. Our highlight is the indoor pool. They charge for every little thing. Why do we need to pay $15 for parking, $25 for early check in and on too of all the add ins they put a $100 hold on your card!

The shower. For tall people the placement of the shower head being above someone that is 6'6" os very hard. This will make it highly likely to rebook at this location. The state of the room. The thin ceiling of being able to hear someone stomping around. The patches missing in the carpet, the black mold above the shower, the black mold that was just painted over still poking through the paint. The small shower towels.

Nice quiet area, and great staff. Really good breakfast. The bathroom could use a little sprucing up,but this is a great hotel
