The room was clean but the breakfast was ok

I DID NOT EXPECT MUCH EXTRA.

Good hotel and pricing Nothing

Noisy, no shampoo, mattress not comfortable, weak shower head, bathtub not clean, noisy AC…,,

Staff is poor no communication ripped me off.. kicked me out I didn’t stay that night

The room was not clean very well , i only stayed in it for 6 hours and killed 4 baby roaches. The back of the toilet had balls of hair where they didn’t clean it for a few days.

Rooms were as advertised with stove and fridge/microwave in good working out. Room waa clean and well-maintained. Parking area in good shape though bit dirtier, but to be expected for area near freeway. Good walking distance to food options. Staff was friendly and competent and courteous. James was especially helpful with my one night extension, deposit receipt refund requests and helping me recover a forgotten item.

My husband and I stayed here for a quick visit. While the hotel is relatively decent and well-located, I noticed an unpleasant smell when we first entered the lobby. On the day we checked out, we also saw a roach in the wall outlet in the bathroom. Other than that, everything seemed to be satisfactory for what we paid.

The two staff members I had interactions with for check-in and check-out/cancellation we kind and pleasant but let me tell you the condition of the property and the rooms were horrendous, unsanitary, crumbling and had roaches. I was done when I seen the roaches in the middle of the day. Huge and just unbothered roaming around. The one time I don’t check yelp this is what happens. Avoid at all cost!

I didn’t like that it didn’t feel safe. So many homeless people. Sketchy people outside all over the building. My AC couldn’t be left on because it smelt like something was burning.

Everything. They basically told me they dont except cash app after i had used it for the deposit 2 times before.

Muffins were old. Room did not have shampoo or conditioner. Air conditioner was very noisy.

Our first room had a residual smell of cigarettes and Jocelyn helped us get a room without the smell. Second room was much better.

It was very loud at night. There were no amenities, but there was a lot of homeless people around. I did not feel real safe.

The Manager Gloria, is Awesome and Amazing! She goes above & beyond for the tenants and guests here at Extended Stay! The employees are very respectful and polite as well! You can tell they are trained properly in customer service! Rooms are clean and sanitary for the price compared to a lot of other places I’ve stayed! All in all this place is Great! N/A

Odor is weird but the room was clean tho

Close proximity to freeway and shopping and restaurants

Felt like home The 100$ deposits, apparently when you booked through a third-party, you have to have a due deposit for every new extended reservation because I didn’t know when I was getting more vouchers I would only make a reservation for like a week at a time the refunds don’t get deposited right away. It takes like three days.
