It was clean and quiet for the most part There where alot of homeless around

Nothing It was horrible lots of homeless people and loud music all night mild in the shower clogged toilet and we couldn’t use the toilet

There was nothing special but there was alot of people loitering around all night till 2,3:00 in the morning.

Floors are dirty and bathroom smelled like a dead rat

We saw roaches

The property is close to freeway and shops I needed. Inside floors need a good scrub. The staff was okay. One person was not motivated and read his cell phone constantly.

I could not find anything to like about this room or the area it was located in. At check in the person behind the counter was more focused on his cell phone than the job he was hired to do. The next morning about 8 am, there was no coffee or hot water available until myself and another guest asked him to prepare some. The tiled floor appeared clean but after showering my feet were dirty just walking to the bed. I had spilled a little water and used a hand towel to wipe it up. The towel was filled with dirt from the floor. The area was frequented by homeless people in the parking area looking for some shade and safety. I can appreciate that. However, as a single elderly woman, it did make me feel uncomfortable walking my dog in the late evening and early mornings. I would NEVER recommend Extended Stay America.

It was a clean decent room. Staff was attentive and polite. I didn’t like the people that was around the property. I couldn’t tell if they were occupying rooms or just hanging out, however I did feel safe.

I DID NOT EXPECT MUCH EXTRA.
