Extended Stay America Suites Sacramento White Rock Rd

My husband and I stayed here for a quick visit. While the hotel is relatively decent and well-located, I noticed an unpleasant smell when we first entered the lobby. On the day we checked out, we also saw a roach in the wall outlet in the bathroom. Other than that, everything seemed to be satisfactory for what we paid.

The two staff members I had interactions with for check-in and check-out/cancellation we kind and pleasant but let me tell you the condition of the property and the rooms were horrendous, unsanitary, crumbling and had roaches. I was done when I seen the roaches in the middle of the day. Huge and just unbothered roaming around. The one time I don’t check yelp this is what happens. Avoid at all cost!

The bed was clean and bathroom too. I didn’t like that it didn’t feel safe. So many homeless people. Sketchy people outside all over the building. My AC couldn’t be left on because it smelt like something was burning.

Good size TV The floor was absolutely filthy, and cockroaches running around, which I got rid of. No plates or utensils, although had stove, microwave and refrigerator

Nothing. Everything. They basically told me they dont except cash app after i had used it for the deposit 2 times before.

Muffins were old. Room did not have shampoo or conditioner. Air conditioner was very noisy.

Our first room had a residual smell of cigarettes and Jocelyn helped us get a room without the smell. Second room was much better.

It was very loud at night. There were no amenities, but there was a lot of homeless people around. I did not feel real safe.

The Manager Gloria, is Awesome and Amazing! She goes above & beyond for the tenants and guests here at Extended Stay! The employees are very respectful and polite as well! You can tell they are trained properly in customer service! Rooms are clean and sanitary for the price compared to a lot of other places I’ve stayed! All in all this place is Great! N/A

Odor is weird but the room was clean tho

Felt like home The 100$ deposits, apparently when you booked through a third-party, you have to have a due deposit for every new extended reservation because I didn’t know when I was getting more vouchers I would only make a reservation for like a week at a time the refunds don’t get deposited right away. It takes like three days.

Dirty room and bathroom, extremely noisy neighbor next door (blasting music, yelling, dog barking, TV noise until 5 in the morning. Check-in was too lengthy and the person who was checking me in was cold and unfriendly. Avoid this place!

Aperently this is the destination for one night stands or something, stayed 4 nights and I did not have one night of non copulating neighbors.

Nothing Crack smoking in the parking lot, pot smokers in the rooms, the staff was non existent for a long while, you had to ask for kitchen supplies and it took forever to get them, same with blankets, it smelled in the room.

First time didn't even know that they existed, like a small studio apartment great for long term or just a getaway. I will use them again when family comes to visit keep them out of my hair hahaha N/a

Everything was great It's been over 24 hours and I'm still waiting for my deposit to be put back on my card

The room was clean as it could be. It was in big need for maintenance. Walla were dirty. Tub had repaired spots and the overflow cover was handing by a screw. The light fixtures were old and needed cleaning. Broken furnishings. The kitchen was nice but empty of items. I later found the brochure that said you can ask for kitchen items in the office. The kitchen light switch didn’t work very well… The garbage in the back was overflowing into the parking lot where our room was. No hairdryer. But they did have iron & ironing board. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was oatmeal and muffins. Coffee wasn’t out at 8:00.
