It was nice, a good price. I will definitely stay here again. I would like to have a microwave in the room.

Close to my business
-
Helpful staff.

You should let your guests know they have to pay for parking. I’ve never had to pay to park my car at a hotel for the night when I already paid to rent a room.
-
Attention to detail was a bit lacking. Shower conditioner pump bottle was empty. Also, this is a hotel not in a city but snuck in a $15 daily parking charge for a large empty outdoor parking lot.
-
Clean room Cofortable beds.
-
I wish hotels would have the parking charges built into the room price in the first place. I would like to just pay one bill, and parking is certainly not a premium in Rancho Cordova

The room below us arrived at 1 am and they were smoking herbs and we had to close the sliding glass door. At least the check out was at 12.

First off, the hotel is incredibly clean and well-maintained, which is always the most important thing for me when traveling. The room itself was very comfy; the bed and pillows made it easy to get a great night's sleep after a long day. Another huge plus was the friendly staff. Everyone from the front desk to the service crew was welcoming, polite, and eager to help with a smile. My only real complaint—and the reason I’m knocking off a star—is that I was not happy about having no microwave in the room. It’s a pretty standard amenity these days, and not having a quick way to heat up leftovers or a snack was definitely a letdown. That issue aside, it's a lovely property with excellent service. I would definitely consider staying here again, I'll just make sure to plan my meals a bit better next time!

Our stay at Courtyard Ranch Cordova was wonderful. Clean, comfortable, and relaxing after a long trip. The best part was the staff. Especially, the bistro staff that made our coffee drinks every morning!! We travel from Washington State to this area to visit family and this will now be our regular stop. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

The room was clean with a nice sized bathroom and shower, The lobby was big with plenty of seating and televisions. The gym was well equipped and is one of the better I've seen. I recommend this hotel and would easily stay here again.

This place is solid. Reasonably priced, clean, safe, good location. No issues whatsoever. Exactly what I would want and expect out of a $128/night hotel room. Worked out perfectly for my wife, 2 kids, and myself. I just feel bad for whoever might've stayed under us or near us because my kids would not shut up or quit running around (they are 5 and 7 and can be monsters) lol !!!!! I didn't mind the $15 parking fee because the lot is patrolled by a security gaurd, so that's worth it to me. Decent pool. Older place but clean and well-maintained, nothing wrong with it whatsoever. I was pleasantly surprised. Very well re-modeled and is exaclty as the video and pictures show it to be. None of the negative things that I read in some of the reviews came true for me, it was all positive. 0

We stayed one night on our way up to Tahoe. Everything was perfect. Rooms clean, spacious, and updated without weird or musty smells. Beds very comfy with plenty of pillows. AC worked well. Nice to open the door to patio for some air in morning. Courtyard was beautifully landscaped with a refreshing clean pool at center. With the warm outdoor air, greenery, and pool - it almost felt like we were in Hawaii! Night was quiet so we slept like babies. Would most def consider staying here again. Parking $15 and credit card hold $150. Breakfast paid $13/breakfast burrito- friendly staff, would probably eat out at a restaurant next time.

It was overall great expeience!

Another great stay! Helpful staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Absolutely zero complaints.

I really liked the property. Very clean and friendly staff. Truly my only issues were the bed and comforter was not as cozy and comfy as I had hoped. And they only clean your room every 3 days, even when we asked they didn’t stop by. So toilet paper, tissues, trash and towels became our job. Was surprised because it truly was a nice place, especially for the price. And not really sure why they charge for parking. Didn’t expect that. No covered parking available either. So I think it’s a great spot, but just be aware of staying more than a couple nights.

The hotel was okay as a whole and the courtyard and pool was nice although full of ants. I was bothered by our room. Reserved a room with a balcony which we got but it was full of pine needles and other tree debris. No chairs or anything on the balcony and it faced the freeway and all we got is loud traffic noise. We couldn’t even leave the glass door open due to the noise. The balcony was useless and we heard traffic most the night. Thankful it quieted down somewhat later at night. No provided breakfast but there is a small place where you can pay for breakfast also overpriced and mediocre at best. Also charging to park with a large spread out lot is crazy although I know it’s commonplace now but still ridiculous except for the downtown hotels. Traffic noise all night. I would stay here again but I’d require an inside room facing the courtyard. Mexican restaurant within walking distance is good but overpriced. What isn’t overpriced nowadays??
