Fairfield Inn & Suites Rancho Cordova

For my annual visit to the area for a training event, the Fairfield is perfectly close, reasonably priced, and the breakfast makes for a great pre-event charge-up. Quiet, comfortable, and easy access from the highway.

Spacious room, comfortable bed and great air conditioning. Breakfast was included and it was pretty impressive. Definitely would stay here again.

Breakfast was very good lots of options Housekeeping could when they do the room change restock the coffee etc would be nice

Wrongfully charged a 100 + tax cleaning fee when housekeeping never cleaned the room for 11 days and when I if they were going to said no and gave towels and toilet paper. The front desk promised they would clean upon re checkin but they never showed up to clean the room.

The room was very clean upon entry. The only issue we had was the length of our day did not allow us to have room service and that for us was a bummer since our beds were not made. The breakfast was soo so. There were no eggs. The young man said his order was messed up and the eggs were not ordered for that week's breakfast, so Sunday breakfast had no eggs. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Plenty of parking spaces. I saw no balcony and we were on the third floor. Overall, it was a good place to stay for a couple of nights. The beds were quite comfortable.

The property is alright and they had free parking which is why we chose here instead of neighboring hotels.

Super old and moldy won’t be my next choice

I had to end my stay a day early because of an emergency at home. The staff was empathetic and so lovely about the situation. The kindness meant a lot to me. A travel a lot, and one hotel blends it with the next. But a great staff makes all the difference in the world. I will be in Rancho Cordova periodically over the next year, and will stay here again. Thank you for the excellent service.

Did not have one single complaint about this hotel, I loved it so much. Went to the same chain, but in Florida in May and I knew I wanted to continue staying at the Fairfield Inn. Will be back soon and gatekeeping! I love this hotel and everything it includes!
