Hyatt Place Sacramento/Rancho Cordova

Clean room, comfortable beds, ample parking. Pool was good. Breakfast was meh. Eggs and sausage were kind of gross and the oatmeal was super starchy. Breakfast seems like the same barely edible stuff at all hotels with "free breakfast". If breakfast had been more like a 6 out of 10 vs a 3 out of 10 my overall rating for this hotel would be a 5 instead of a 4.

The staff was all great and very helpful people. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. Also queen beds would have been appreciated.

Food needs improving. More staff training.

Great property and the front desk staff were fantastic. This is my go-to hotel in Rancho Cordova Tv didn’t work. But I didn’t want to change rooms, so didn’t complain. I let them know at checkout

Nice and clean place to stay

Checked in and asked for a quiet room away from others since we have an autistic child that has episodes when around loud noises. Checked into room with dirty pillows and uncleaned room, baby diapers behind couch. Got in late with 3 kids and told front desk about already room issues. Come 10pm the entire floor was having a party around us and people above us kept stomping. Called front desk again and told them we need to be moved to a top floor as I had initially requested in the first place, was told I was going to be charged an extra fee for top floor. We got 3 hours of sleep due to it. Would not ever go back to this hotel just because of the fact they ignored my son’s disability and preferences 2 weeks prior to checking in and calling ahead of time. Breakfast buffet and pool were nice but that’s about it sadly

The room is always clean, the staff is nice and friendly. One of the best breakfast in a hotel I've ever had. I only wish the rooms had microwaves
