Great staff!! Very helpful, fun and kind!

Breakfast was good

Nice property and good breakfast.

The breakfast was a highlight—delicious, well-stocked, and the dining area was kept very clean. We also enjoyed the pool, though it’s worth noting for future guests that there is no hot tub (we mistakenly thought there was). We also had to ask the front desk for pool towels since they were out, but they brought them quickly. As for the room, the main areas were very clean. However, the pull-out bed wasn't well-maintained and was missing sheets, so we had to call down for bedding. Despite these few minor hiccups, the team’s great service made up for it, and we enjoyed our time here.

The sausage and the waffles were a hit with the kids. The bathroom faucet was oddly placed and hard to wash hands without making a huge mess, but that's pretty minor.

The hotel was quiet and clean.

Cleanliness, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms Pet friendly, barking dogs throughout the night and noisy floors above our room. Lots of tapping on their ground our floor

No towels

Over all everything was ok.

This is the 3rd Hyatt Place we have stayed in the last year and this one was not the best one. The elevators were loud and shaky, the ice machine down the hall was loud and woke me up and the pool was dirty. Not up to Hyatt standards or mine, would not stay there again.

Best place to stay hands down!!! Staff super friendly, cleaning staff always has the rooms super clean!!! Always my go to when going to rancho Cordova.
