Terrible service! First they didn't tell they Thad construction which held us back,THEN when checking out they banged on my hotel room demanding we leave with out even telling us when our check out time was and my kids were there and they were being rude.
-
The hotel is in the process of remodel-front desk was set up in a bedroom. We wanted to extend out stay, I ended up making two reservations for each night. An employee called me while we were out to lunch with our family, and was somewhat rude, telling me that Expedia required me to pay another deposit, and wanted to know when we would return to the hotel to take care of it.

Staff took a phone cube charger from my room
-
I was woken up to a roach in my bed - under my pillow.
-
I would recommend this hotel.
-
It was amazing even though it was on construction! Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.
-
Shy at the front does an excellent job. This hotel seems to have been under a remodel forever but the rooms are clean and the pool and hot tub are top notch.
-
The check in was seamless and the person who checked me in was personable & friendly. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed.

The staff were great. The breakfast was very good. The property was under construction and this was not on the site when booking. The rooms were clean.

Front desk was okay. No warm feeling there. Lobby was being renovated and so was the elevator floor. Musky smell. Room was nice. Parking good and restaurants near us were great! Would definitely stay here again once renovation work is done!
-
The overall property looks pretty dated. I think they are doing some renovation of the lobby and some rooms apparently but in general it’s Okie. In the room there are no covered place for keeping cloths. But for a day or 2 this is fine to stay and the breakfast is good as per my wife and daughter.

Staff were wonderful! Great service and attention!
-
They were under construction when we went and it was a bit loud, and we didn’t have water in our room to make coffee
-
The hotel was nice ....clean and quiet. However, because we booked through Hotels.com, the breakfast buffet was not free. Instead we were told it was $15.95 per person. We have not encountered this with other bookings through Hotels.com.
-
Undergoing some upgrades but property, staff and accommodations were above average. I will stay here again

Overall we had a nice stay. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. There was a strong smell of Marijuana in areas of the hotel but I can only assume that most places in California have that issue. The pool was in need of a good vacuuming, as there was a siginificant amount of dirt in the bottom, but the water seemed pretty clear. The hot tub jets were not functional during our stay, but the water was warm. The sauna was, also, lovely. The window shade in our room was crooked, so the bottom right corner let light in directly in our faces. There is construction going on at the hotel, so it seems they are doing things to upgrade it.

Clean. available and helpful staff. Pool and hot tub are great.

Location is great for Folsom softball tournaments… Price is excellent, love the hot tub and the sauna! The breakfast was good too, I just wish they had better fresh fruit, not just cantaloupe or honeydew… Berries would be nice!
