La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Rancho Cordova Sacramento

The people in this place seem like a homeless encampment. Clean room clean sheets. Refrigerator froze everything in it. One of the elevator caps took forever to show up on the first floor. I guess not terrible for this kind of money

Got there to find out swimming pool had been out of service by inspection by city We stayed for a week and it was still not fixed Bad for anybody with kids

This was our third visit to this hotel this summer. We haven’t been able to experience their breakfast since it starts at seven and we’re out of there by then. The room was clean, however it smelled like cigarette smoke when we arrived. The only other issue I had was loud music in the middle of the night. I couldn’t tell if it was coming from a neighboring room or the parking lot. Check in and out went smoothly and the staff was friendly.

The lobby is nice. The rest was not. There is only 1 washer and dryer for the entire 5 story hotel for anyone needing to do laundry. The rooms smell. The staff was nice and helpfull though.

It was a nice stay, we just had a lot of connectivity issues relating to the WiFi. Good stay overall though.

I had to ask them to change my linens. Their posts said that if I didn’t need any linen change I should hang the sign outside but I needed the services so I did not hang my post at. Overall the staff were friendly.

Elevators smelled like weed most of the time.

Wyndham would lend their name to such cheap and horrible motel chains.

Front desk gave away my deluxe suite and just kept putting it off for the next staff or manager to help promising a refund but never approved it I paid for 2 deluxe rooms in advance and only received one that was in ver worn condition

I found it impossible to cancel my reservation by phone.i had to DRIVE to the hotel desk.

The rooms were reasonably clean, though the water didn't work at first; a staff member had to come up to show us how to turn it on—it would have been easier to just provide an instruction card or explain it at check-in. There were swarms of unsavory characters wandering the premises, and I was worried about my car; these same people were using the hotel pool and then brazenly walking into the breakfast area—it was very unpleasant. Most of the other guests were elderly couples, yet despite that, music blared all night long, and there was a strong smell of illicit substances.

This is our second time visiting, but the first time on the fourth floor. We found both visits to be similar. The room was clean and staff inviting. We did’t get to experience their breakfast because it doesn’t open until 7 and we were out by then. There was plenty of parking. This second visit was better than the first. It was cleaner in the parking lot and lobby.
