Comfortable rooms, quiet, good location.

Smoking in hallways, dirty elevator, no house keeping, uncomfortable worn out bed mattress, poor sound proofing with fwy next to property, unfriendly & unprofessional staff

Nothing They claim to be a smoke free property, but everyone smokes there. Cigarettes, pot, and illegal drugs like crack are all openly smoked on the property. The property is filthy and in serious disrepair. There was a giant "patch" in the shower ceiling that was pouring water from the above room shower. You're lucky if the elevator is working. I had to help my disabled mother out of her wheelchair and up 2 flights of stairs to the room. We were then stuck in the room until the repair man fixed the elevator the next day. My sister is deathly allergic to pot smoke and was stuck either in our room or in the car. She spoke with the owner of the property and he didn't care one bit. She had to use her epi pen as she went into anaphylaxis. Also, several drug transactions happened on the property out in the open. No one cared at all. It was an every day occurrence. When informed, I was told it wasn't their business to tell people what to do. Seeing as though there were emergency services at least 2 times for drug overdoses, they might want to reconsider. Loud, filthy, drug ridden, broken down. I definitely wouldn't recommend.

Dogs allowed & staff is AWESOME I requested a bathtub and was told there was a bathtub but it was only a shower

They triple charged me my room rate om arrival, even though I lpaid through booking.com. unacceptable. Unethical property.

Please see my other review for the “second booking” for my major complaint about being effectively fined $20 for using a 3rd party booking site to extend a night (or else being forced to either cancel Expedia booking and rebook extension directly with them OR check out and check back into same type room after 3pm). Regardless of that, cooking and fridge amenities of property are great and staff is friendly and otherwise helpful. Sadly, bc their direct booking rates are sufficiently higher than Expedia and my need to sometimes extend a night or two, I will find it hard to visit the property again.

First checkin was ok, with effort. I asked the automated machine what the rate would be. Had trouble understanding responses (as did next in line) due to room/speaker echo dynamics and tech glitches breaking up speech. Bc rate was higher than expected, I checked Expedia and booked/paid there. Bc automated machine issues was taking so much time with other guy, in person staff kindly paused what they were doing to check me in efficiently. After two nights, I decided I needed one more day. Well before checkout time, I booked another night with same room type with Expedia expecting only inconvenience I might have is needing a new key card (as I’ve done MANY times before with this property I’ve visited often since 2021 including this year and many others). When I called the front desk (again well before first checkout time), I was told that unless I wanted to check out and then check back in after 3pm, I would have to pay a $20 fee because I used a 3rd party booking site (Expedia). I had never encountered such a penalty from this property with these same owners or anywhere else. Didn’t matter that I had been given no warning about this policy or that I was SAVING THEM money by not having to make up my room or that I’ve stayed at the property many times before as a quality, non-problematic guest. Especially galling is that I had given them (well, the automated receptionist) first chance at booking me directly but the price gap versus 3rd party site was too much to justify.

Everything was good especially for the price only thing I can complain about is front desk never being available they leave everyday by 2pm other then that room was cleaner then other budget hotels I’ve been too property was very dirty in some areas tho like the hotel and stair case it just smelled like pee but everything in the room worked there wasn’t any bugs or anything like that.

I like the fact the A.C worked and the water was hot. I did like that it had a frigerator. Granted it was falling apart ,but still nice to have one to keep drinks or food cold. I just felt the room was very out dated. Everything looked very used and beat up. Felt very ghetto is the best way to describe it unfortunately.

They had a broken piece of plastic on the side of the bathroom vanity next to the toilet that tore my mom's arm open. It's supposed to be a non smoking property -- it is not. Not only were people smoking, they were also smoking pot and doing drugs. My sister is deathly allergic to pot smoke and had been either trapped in the car or trapped in our room many times during our week long stay. Dirty. Couldn't find anyone to give me basics like a new roll of toilet paper. Ongoing painting and maintenance was annoying and disruptive. The location and occupants are flat out scary.

Nothing

Check-in was a nightmare. There did not appear to be any staff, front desk or otherwise, on site overnight. Check-in was done via a kiosk in the lobby with someone who appeared to be off site. The sound quality was some of the worst I've ever had the misfortune to hear, dropping out randomly, and I had to ask the young lady on the other end to repeat almost everything multiple times.

no kind of room service

De paso esta bien

Terri le experience from automated lobby, filthy property, gave away my reservation three of us on a queen bed. Don’t do it. And charged more than quote
-
The price was reasonable.

It was clean. Amenities like TV wasn’t working. Shower handle was misleading identifying Hot when actually Cold and Visa versa. Did not feel welcoming due to additional towels access and having walk to staff, to turn in old towels for new one. That’s was sooo tacky. Not even in a regular Motel 6 which barely has anything and no kitchen did we have to do this. I would not come back unless desperate for a room during another Vollyball tournament season.

Staff works very diligently to accommodate the guests, and they do so with a friendly, smiling face.
-
Location was good The room had a bad musty smell and it's really old and run down. The hallway and stairs were dirty and run down as well. I didn't like the virtual check in.
-
it was cheap and comfortable. the location and the facetime help that was in the lobby. The bathroom had water damage
