TownePlace Suites by Marriott Sacramento Rancho Cordova

We were resting in our room around 3pm when there were noise from the room directly above us. Noise like dragging of tables, heavy footsteps, stuff falling on the floor, etc. and this hotel have wood flooring. We called the front desk and he said that they have crew cleaning the room. He never offered any apologies nor at least let the crew know to keep the noise down. We ended up not able to rest as it lasted for at least 40 minutes. Very disappointing.

The accommodations were amazing, clean, updated and very accommodating. Breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly.

The room and around the property were crusty!

Nice and clean room with fully equipped kitchenette including two burners a a good size fridge. The bathroom is spacious. A very newly built hotel. Breakfast was healthier and decent.

This hotel is very nice. The only issue we had was, although our room looked like it was clean. My husband was walking with his black socks in the room, but just for a very short time. And he had Pet hair over the entire portion of his socks. It’s a pet friendly hotel but obviously the floor was not mopped or vacuumed it was. Not good.

The property was quite nice and maintained beautifully.

The rooms were not clean. We reached out to give them a chance to make it right, and they haven’t done anything. Sad what the hospitality industry has turned into.

Great location when you need quick access to the highway. Clean, modern, and sozable rooms. Having a full size kitchen (minusa stove) was a very convenient highlight. Tidy property. The back patio is a good emenity if you have a group with you. The breakfast is very standard nothing to write home about. Overall very good stay!

Room is clean they have shampoo conditioner and a soap but not body lotion you need 3 dollars of quarters the machine only takes quarters when doing laundry washing and drying for each time so you need total 6 dollars of quarters for a full cycle of laundry free breakfast is good

Everything was so good. Breakfast also pretty good.

In addition, none of the electrical outlets on the side of the bed worked, and the kitchen was very poorly equipped. The receptionist told us that we would be compensated with complimentary parking because of the delayed room, but we still ended up being charged for parking. We unfortunately had to stay in a hotel because of a leak in our apartment, so we were already in a stressful situation, and this stay made it much worse. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Shower and no carpet on the floors

I could hear water moving through pipes late at night that were pretty loud but it didn’t last very long. Outside of that I have no complaints. This place was great!

The breakfast was average. Not a lot of options.
