Sacramento Marriott Rancho Cordova

I booked this for my parents who are 94 and 95. They live in Lincoln and had a medical appointment in the morning in Rancho Cordova and didn't want to drive in traffic so we got them a room nearby. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and went above and beyond to help them. The location was convenient as well and the desk gave them good directions. nothing

Since we were at a softball tournament, we ended up booking late on Saturday night. We were pleasantly surprised with the friendliness and flexibility of the staff. We’ll definitely be back!

This hotel was very confusing. The property, staff, cleanliness, amenities, restaurant, all were really great. The hotel is updated, clean, has a lovely lobby and pool area. All the staff were super friendly. But the other quests were really something I’ve never experienced. We had several friends staying on the same floor at opposite ends and 3 in our group had to call security in the middle of the night for issues in other rooms. My daughter and I experienced what I assumed was a mom, with several children, I’d guess around 8-11, in a room and literally zero supervision. Movie theater loud horror movie at the beginning of the night, cussing through the walls at 11:30pm , and then jumping from bed to bed at 1am. All while the adult spoke on speaker phone to her friend. It was absolutely bizarre. Security had to come twice for that room and then a domestic incident at the other end of the floor. I’ve really never experienced anything like it. Then when I was getting ready at a very reasonable hour, using my dry brush, one of the little boys yelled “shut the F up” through the wall. I asked to move to a new floor for the 2nd night and the staff were very kind and quickly got me a new room, which was such a difference. Day 2 at the pool there was a trio drinking their homemade goods out of a juice bottle, one women wearing a g-string dancing rather provocatively w/ kids in the pool. While patrons are not something the hotel can control, the amount of issues really seems odd.

Great place to stay. Very large TV for hotel room in the king bed room. Decent internet speed

We enjoyed our stay overnight. The hotel property and room was clean and smelled like a fresh spa scent. Staff was friendly and inviting. On-site restaurant and bar was nice. The food and breakfast was tasty. Our only concern was the traffic and cars we can hear even from indoors at the top level of the hotel room. Overall we’d be back.

Room was nice, clean and large. Didn’t try restaurant but looked nice. Has Starbucks in hotel which we loved. Good value. Security at front door. Bathroom door was made of plexiglass so if you used bathroom at night and turned on light it wakes up other person in room.

Property looks nice but our room needed some care. The curtains had stains and holes in them. The pull out bed from the sofa was old and stained, we couldn’t use t use it
