Residence Inn by Marriott Ontario Rancho Cucamonga

I liked the location. I hated the shower which was a trickle of water, the noise from the air conditioning which kept us up at night and the smell of a neighboring room cooking some terrible smelling food. It stunk to high heaven. Gross. We were also charged for our ESA pet initially but was removed upon check out due to my complaint.

I was double charged on my debit card after booking and paying through Expedia. The manager shows no record of the charge yet it posted to my account. Not sure what’s going on with the front desk staff lately but be weary about what they charge to your card for incidentals.

Our first room was not up to cleaning standards room smelled like dog poop. But the staff was able to get us into another room. Also one of the staff member Brian from the Ontario Marriott was a great help making sure we were help in the best way. Shoot out to that staff member. who went above and beyond to help us out. With such a great attitude.

Great place, clean, friendly staff. No issues that made it an uncomfortable stay. Will stay here again.

Great room! Clean hotel, the gym was nice and pool felt really good plus friendly staff. Breakfast was great, overall 10/10. Definitely worth it for a staycation too!

Clean room, friendly staff awesome breakfast great day I’ll stay again

This is one of my favorite hotels. Whenever I need a place to stay when I am near Rancho Cucamonga, this is always where I go. The staff is friendly, the facilities are always clean, the rooms are great, the breakfast is nice. The pool is a little small, but it is clean and nice and I have used it several times. Overall, this is a really nice clean, easy hotel.

My room was clean and I enjoy having a mini kitchenette in my room. It’s nice to have an option to go to a pool and hot tub. I will say it was a little concerning that if you bought something downstairs that they can charge it to whatever room number you give them. I’m not sure if they verify, I didn’t charge anything to my room. I don’t like that they shut the water off for 6 hours for a “ required maintenance” repair. This would have been fine if they actually stuck to the schedule, originally this maintenance was supposed to happen on Monday, but then they scheduled it for Tuesday. It’s not very helpful if you are out at Disneyland all day and don’t get in until later. Check out was easy, there seems to always be someone behind the desk to help out.

Air conditioning unit is loud causing my family to not sleep well. Carpet needed to be vacuumed in some areas. Kitchen counter needed cleaning due to sticky areas noticed. Bath tub spout had water still running while shower head was in use.

The hotel was clean and the hotel staff was kind and helpful!

Stayed 2 nights with my family, 2 queen beds, kitchen and couch. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. Breakfast was great and staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

I stayed 7 days and I was very comfortable and felt safe. The place even had laundry facilites. Which was very helpful and convenient .it had everything I needed. The staff was very nice and helpful .

Nice quiet cozy stay

The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, especially the front desk team who helped me with a late check-in. My room was spacious, spotless, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The hotel's convenient location and excellent breakfast buffet made my stay truly exceptional.

Terrible at remembering names - believe it was Mina (shortened version of her name) it was late Saturday afternoon Everyone was welcoming and friendly Room was clean - sending tip via mail Wish they had a QR option to tip Would definitely stay again

The housekeeping could have been better and I believe on the app.It says preparing the parking is not free.It's ten dollars per car, that was something that I would have liked to know ahead of time.

Nice, efficient room

Our room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic during our 3 day stay. Kitchen and free parking was a bonus. Excellent location near Toyota Arena, freeways and dining options. Helpful housekeeping & staff. Highly Recommended!

Overall great experience. Rooms were clean. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was good.
